He was once a fellow normie gangster until meeting a retired and washed criminal, Michael Townley De Santa in 2013. At some point, Franklin chooses the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓮𝓻𝓼 over Michael since he believes they're more loyal and better friends than Michael's NPC ass.
