Felix the Cat (猫のフェリックス, Neko no ferikkusu) is major character created in 1919 by Pat Sullivan and Otto Messmer during the Prohibition Saga. He is an anthropomorphic young black cat with white eyes, black fur, and a mischievous personality. Being one of the first ever characters and main protagonists introduced in the Prologues Arc, he is often considered one of the most recognized cartoon characters in history.
Production wise, Felix originated from the mind of a Australian cartoonist-film entrepreneur Pat Sullivan. Either Sullivan himself or his lead animator, Otto Messmer, created the character for the story. Aside from the animated episodes, Felix also starred as a protagonist in the manga adaptation (comic strip drawn by Sullivan, Messmer and later Joe Oriolo) beginning in 1923, and his image soon adorned merchandise such as ceramics, toys, and postcards. Several manufacturers made stuffed Felix toys. He was so damn popular that even Jazz bands such as Paul Whiteman's played songs about him (1923's "Felix Kept on Walking" and others).
By the later parts of the Prohibition Saga, with the arrival of sound cartoons, Felix's major role within the story was fading with the arrival of new protagonist Mickey Mouse and Felix was demoted to secondary protagonist. He would also gain a redesign, by Joe Oriolo, in the 1950s during the Cold War Saga.
After the timeskip and the end of the Moccasins Saga, he became a major antagonist in Phase 2 of the Meme Saga where he would undergo a psychological breakdown that would later cause him to reemerge as a different character in 2011 having been lead to hell and later the Bank of Evil to witness a project dubbed the Ebola Rex which was a collaborative effort among members of M.A.D.B.R.O.W.N.I.E. that was spearheaded by Dr. Claw with Doctor Tomoe doing the mundane engineering work while Нет would enlist to become a skilled criminal agent committing to missions within the criminal underworld often doing crimes with Sakishimi, who was an anime swordsman toon that could shift between human and fish forms. This shift in personality would later reshape his entire appearance that would cause him to be branded by the World Purification Committee and the UN as a major threat to the Unilateral American World Order of the Pre-Hype Era. He is best known in this saga for jump scaring streamer: Vargskelethor Joel.
Personality and Traits[edit | edit source]
Originally, Felix was depicted as a joyful, playful, and mischievous cat with a childlike sense of wonder in how highly weird, surreal, and strange his ventures and predicaments tended to be, especially after becoming immortal when coming across the elixirs. He is also known by others at the time for being pretty friendly, chipper, cheery, laid-back, carefree, resourceful, imaginative, observant, shrewd, witty, at times accident-prone, and naïve, and usually optimistic to those he talks to, although he can sometimes be very sarcastic, prideful, and teasing; especially in regard to his dimwitted friend Rosco which shows how much of an arrogant jerk he can be towards people at times. Another example of his rude and mischievous ways was when he once made fun of several skeletons of the dead by cracking jokes at their expense. In terms of intelligence, he is often smart enough to improvise in any situation at the wink of an eye.
Although portrayed as a hero, Felix can be pretty selfish, sneaky, lazy, stingy, reckless, petty, inconsiderate, violent, deceitful, shady, loudmouthed, clumsy, strange, and overly chaotic to the point of being an anti-heroic troublemaker who gets drunk often and causes all sorts of problems around him for others. Basically Sonic ripped off his personality! Felix is also well known for his immense addiction to milk while seeming to be obsessed with it to the point of gluttony. Furthermore, Felix is known for providing surreal humor which can sometimes delve in the absurd with a sense of thrill from the weirdness that happens in Liberty City. Although, he has also been depicted in a "cutesier" fashion as well. Whether he is depicted as "cute" or "dark", Felix is always meant to be a hero, even if his "dark" depictions show him as slightly more of a trickster figure but this all changes after the Moccasins Saga.
With his experiences during the Moccasins Saga and betrayals by the World Purification Committee, it left psychological scars and also resulted in him being cast into hell. Over time, he became more jaded, violent, and manipulative — developing a nihilistic worldview. By the time of the Meme Saga, Felix acts with almost no regard for morality, driven instead by his own cryptic philosophies about "freedom through destruction of the light."

Biography[edit | edit source]
Pre-Debut[edit | edit source]
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Felix was born around May 1901 in the slums of Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan. In his early days, Felix grew up with Mickey and Oswald, brothers in spirit, in the streets. For him and the others, despite the Great War taking place, it was a golden age of freedom — wild, clumsy, and exhilarating. Felix taught Oswald and Mickey how to warp physics for a gag.

Romance Dawn Arc[edit | edit source]
The Great Depression Saga[edit | edit source]
One day, Felix tries to find a playmate for his pet goldfish, Annabelle. And while Felix goes fishing for one, he falls in the ocean, where he encounters King Neptune.
Cold War Saga[edit | edit source]
Felix would encounter some Russians and shoot them like any typical American during the 50s.
After the end of the saga and the collapse of the New Economic Policy (NEP) in the Soviet Union, the government moved with brutal efficiency to eradicate all remnants of organized crime. Political gangs, economic syndicates, and black-market merchants were either crushed by overwhelming state power or absorbed into the expanding Soviet bureaucracy. Those who survived this purge retreated underground and reshaped the criminal world into something far more insular and ruthless. No longer concerned with political ideals, these outlaws lived solely for survival, loyalty to their kind, and a total rejection of the Soviet state. From this upheaval, a new elite caste of criminals emerged — the Vory v Zakone, or "Thieves in Law." These were no ordinary gangsters; they were bound by a rigid code: no loyalty to government or law enforcement, no participation in state activities, a total renouncement of traditional family life, and absolute loyalty only to the Brotherhood. They forged their own secret language, Fen'ya, and crafted a culture of defiance and nihilism, rooted in the bloody traditions of czarist prison camps and now sharpened into a deadly creed.
Post-Cold War Saga[edit | edit source]
Felix would gain a redesign in the late 90s during the sixth generation of gaming to look even more TUBULAR!
The End Saga[edit | edit source]
The Hundred Year’s War Arc[edit | edit source]
Due to specific story shenanigans, Felix would be smuggled into Soviet territory by an underground network of smugglers and displaced European criminals. His reputation as the "Phantom Thief Cat" had already spread in whispers across the dark alleys of Paris, Berlin, and Warsaw. Many in the Soviet underworld believed him to be a supernatural weapon — a living spirit of chaos — and some, foolishly, sought to use him. Felix, quickly discovered with fear that the Soviet underworld was not like the chaotic gangster scenes of Chicago or New York back where he grew up. It was a closed world, rigid and unwelcoming to outsiders — especially ones who seemed to mock the suffering of true thieves with cartoonish, reality-warping tricks.
The Vory v Zakone saw Felix not as a comrade, but as an abomination. His ability to twist reality, cheat death, and conjure objects from thin air was considered a grave violation of the sacred traditions — an insult to the brutal honesty of prison suffering. Felix was branded a "False Thief," a cursed figure who had to be destroyed to preserve the purity of the criminal brotherhood. Some of the most feared enforcers of the Vory were not merely human. Russian cartoon characters from early animation, twisted and hardened by Soviet repression, had found a place among the thieves.
Felix found himself battling these animated ghosts of the Soviet dream, each fight more savage than the last. In the alleys of Lubyanka, the frozen corridors of Gulag camps, and the misty ruins of abandoned villages, Felix fought a one-man war against the Brotherhood. Though he possessed supernatural powers, the Vory wielded something perhaps even stronger — an intimate command of fear, tradition, and endless numbers. Felix, once a flamboyant trickster, had to adapt or die. He abandoned flashy cartoon gags and embraced a colder, more brutal form of violence, learning to move like a shadow through the crumbling Soviet infrastructure.
358/2 Days arc[edit | edit source]
This dark chapter carved deep scars into Felix’s mind and philosophy. From that point onward, he no longer trusted any form of organized structure — whether it claimed to be just or criminal. To Felix, all systems were cages, all hierarchies corrupt, and all light destined to be extinguished.
Revelations arc[edit | edit source]
Felix dies. R.I.P.
Blank Points[edit | edit source]
Life in Hell[edit | edit source]
Unbeknownst to the rest, he would secretly not be dead and instead his soul was plummeted into Hell after he stole his skin off during an incident in Russia where he got pissed off. Felix refused to submit to chaos. In Hell, Felix was not tortured like an ordinary sinner. Instead, the very fabric of that infernal place recognized something different in him: a raw, chaotic potential that mirrored Hell’s own anarchic core. Felix wandered the molten wastes for decades, growing ever more detached from his former self. His once-cartoony features became sharper, more demonic, and more surreal — a living mockery of everything he once was.
Meeting the Bank of Evil[edit | edit source]
It was there that he encountered Sakishimi who himself was going under a transformation process himself, a process that would make him a noteworthy servant for the mysterious the Multiversal Demon Crown Prince of Hell, a being not often seen but occasionally showing up near the Bank of Evil to fund some of his armies. The Multiversal Demon Crown Prince of Hell was a formidable foe, one that the Good Society often found themselves fighting against needing a team of usually 1000 or more heroes to slay him. For Sakishimi this was not a science experiment but an attempt at sword mastery. Sakishimi then enchanted his sword using Нет's blood as he found himself a new partner of crime. Нет was his now his new identity and he meant "NO!" Sakishimi then looked at the two goofy scientists and found out that they work for Alex.
Judge Holden, operating from the deep underworld after his defeat in another dimension, had begun experimenting with broken souls — seeking to craft a new generation of Physical Darknesses from Gestalts: souls who could wield special powers.
Upon finding Felix — a being whose soul had long since transcended normal definitions of "life" and "death" — Doctor Tomoe as a chaos aligned goofy mad scientist were interested in seeing how strong Sakishimi and Нет were as a team. Over a grueling seven-year process, Doctor Tomoe fused forbidden occult dark matter based science, remnants of Soviet occult experiments, and raw Hell-energy to resurrect and would form an alliance between M.A.D.B.R.O.W.N.I.E. and Тени Клинки to build a death machine to finally turn the war to their favor, the Ebola Rex. Тени Клинки also known as Shadow Blades would be the heavy hitters while M.A.D.B.R.O.W.N.I.E. would go on to engineer a crossover contagion.
"Нет" — the Russian word for No — symbolized Felix’s total rejection of all former loyalties, all structures of meaning. He no longer identified as Felix the Cat. That entity was dead. What remained was a hollow echo, filled with rage, sorrow, and dark, twisted ambition. When Нет would return, he would make sure that his entrance was loud and a symbol of defying the natural order.
Part X2[edit | edit source]
Meme Saga[edit | edit source]
2015[edit | edit source]
Нет would first be seen during a live stream in 2015 where Vargskelethor Joel plays a haunted video game which Нет has taken over.
Enter: ⛧ Neo-Satanists ⛧[edit | edit source]
Нет saw not individuals, but systems to be dismantled, illusions to be shattered. Wielding a corrupted version of his old "Bag of Tricks," Нет could now pull forth weapons and nightmares crafted from the collective fears of humanity. He became a one-cat insurgency against all reality.
Aligned with the ⛧ Neo-Satanists ⛧ — a shadowy cabal who had this point was aligned with Toffee who had yet to truly create his new organization — Нет embarked on a campaign of mass chaos across the Omniverse, targeting both cosmic order and heroic traditions alike.
Нет would wage war against both the Good Society and the corrupted remnants of the Black Society.

Opposed by figures like Mickey Mouse (now a key figure of the Good Society) and even former allies like Doctor Tomoe (who feared what he had seen, but still allied with him for his potential), Нет became the prime catalyst for the near-collapse of the known universe.
