He was born when DogsEatingDogs6 realized that Peter Griffin killed his friends, family and especially his precious dynamite gal: Roselina for a cutaway gag. This tragedy on top of his vehement rage towards Peter angered him far enough into turning to the dark side and irreversibly turned him into Gario.

He's so powerful in fact that he killed Pooh and all his cousins for aligning with Peter, not only that, but he also killed the villains too, because he's that bad to the bone.
