Boog Shlizetti (Not to be confused with Boog the Bear), is the guardian of the Frosty Mart, however he is born a natural thug, and thus serves as the true primary antagonist to Fanboy and Chum Chum, as he believes them to be too dorky, hoarding away their source of nutrients: Frosty Mart Super Slushies. He believes the same way them as towards Kyle.

In his free time he is shown to be playing the game Chimp Chump. He is a massive fan of it.So much so he made cringy songs and fetishistic artwork about it.
