Denka(デンカ) also known as Electric Fairy Denka(電気妖精デンカ) Was a legacy character from the freaky saga and a minor antagonist in neo blood debt season 2. She is a Fairy who was created for the sole purpose of spying on the larper empire and the neo freaky susiety so she can report the Intel to the Hypersatanists Satanists she is a creation of Sinu in order to see if he could create His Own Fairy Daemons she is also the leader of the 13 elite demonic fairies. She is a Chaos Agent despite just being a chaos demon and not actually a Ancient evil, shes just some fairy who is evil.

Denka is also known for being extremely jealous and envious of big breasted bitches as she has no titties and this is one of the many reasons why in lore shes an enemy to Anzhela Zakharova. She is a small antagonist during the Battle Of Tel Aviv arc during the 3rd act of the Larping Games as she just serves as a Scout for the Satanist and not truly a legitimate threat to ANY FACTIONS!. Unlike Vinca (God Rest Her Soul) she is considered to be a true Original Character in Touhou Igyoukyo Grotesque Land Story and as such she is considered better than 90% of the other OC's Fanon Wikis on Fandom.com

During the Events of Chapter 2 Master Xehanort was learning about the soul Edge and its ability to corrupt people but he didn't have a way to spy on the Freaky society or better yet someone who could spy on them and return the information to him and him only So he with the Help of Sinu began creating someone from the pits of hell A fairy from Gensokyo to be exact Denka was getting summoned and she was modeled to look like an Owl however during the summoning process shit got fucked up and the portal closed when creating her legs severing them but she didn't really notice it due to being able to fly.

Neo Blood Debt Filler

During the Events of a random filler arc in neo blood debt Evil Ass Jia Wenqian got very high and brought her back into the world again, Denka got reassigned as a member of the Hypersatanist under the title of a Chaos agent (Despite her not being one) and was tasked with a new mission in order to see if she can be useful still and it was to spy on the larper empire once they begin their all out war scernario.
