Filthy Frank also known as Francis of the Filth, is a Japanese-Autralian youtuber, born from the primordial soup that infected a baby with downs syndrome in an Indonesian shanty town, demonstrating an extremely high IQ score and the ability to manipulate chromosomes. He was contained in an Imperial Japanese SCP-esq cell, wondering how to use him to make the lives of the non-Japanese they occupy just that more miserable and unethical. He also just so happens to end up being so godlike, he ended up becoming ONE WITH THE COSMOS. His main goal is to reunite with Pink Guy. Which he does but only shortly before he falls and dies to Dotar Surk in Filthy Frank's final video: FRANCIS OF THE FILTH (OUT NOW). He parts his biography to Pink Guy before Dotar Surk finishes devouring him.
