Kai Zhang is one of the most hottest sexiest most beautiful most pretty, Awesome, cool ect. Juggernaut of blood debt he is the current president of Hong Huan and is the CEO of having sex with APC'S. Kai Zhang is the savior of Hong Huan having being responsible for stopping the infamous attack at the Kualton airport by the terrorist Ji Jung-tae the butcher and saving the lives of many in the airport including Olivia Chan who is only alive on life support because of him.
He is known for his many policies in Hong Huan which include the Free APC giveaway, The Free Healthcare Policy, The I Hate FoxTrot13V2 policy the Mori Chan fans allowed policy and many many more he is the destroyer of all ITAL purists using his hot sexy wife aka his APC. He is a major protagonist during the Hong Huan Arcs In the neo Blood debt anime and is a playable Juggernaut in the Neo Juggernaut mode.
Personality
A reserved soul from years of repression, Kǎi has a longing for affection and approval from his peers, seeing only value in himself as an asset for the bigger picture, and not as an individual. He rarely has he been able to call another a dear friend, and rarely does it last long due to his obsessive dependency.
Appearance
idk goon ead is an APC driver’s helmet with built-in ear protection, similar to the Chinese T69/79 tank helmet. His upper body is covered by armored vehicle crew uniform. He wears sturdy gloves, straight-cut tactical trousers, and reinforced combat boots. In his hands, he carries an SMG resembling a QBZ-95 or Type 86s.
The APC itself based on "Marawi War APC" the vehicle features an olive-drab base paint . The hull is almost entirely covered in thick wooden planks and logs. In real combat, this was a tactical field modification used to trigger the shaped charges of RPG-7 rounds prematurely, protecting the main steel hull. The front is equipped with a massive log-based ramming prow wrapped in barbed wire, designed for clearing barricades. A red star is visible on the turret, and a 20mm rifle (resembling a QBZ-95) is mounted on the side. Also there's inscription on this APC「我乃战神」 (Wǒ nǎi zhànshén) which translated like "I am the God of War". The APC also has a field modification of two speakers protected by armor.
