Weed Miser is the inferior jealous version of the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Crack Miser. He lives in a volcano and controls the hot weather around the world, like an evil supervillain. Stuart BITCHle likes him and sucks up to him like a loser.
