WIP (Not To be Confused with Konstantin Krupin)

Template:BLOOD DEBT CHARACTER INFO Konstantin Kalinin is a major character in season 2 of Neo Blood Debt, He is the GOAT who stopped the 2021 Perm State University Shooting and is the cop that all TCC Ziddybluds fear. Konstantin is a junior lieutenant traffic who was informed about the attack by a distressed witness during a routine traffic accident, after hearing about he ran into perm state and armed with only his service pistol took down Timur in a fire fight no diff with 6 shots. And despite taking down Timur and him begging him to kill him and make him a martyr Konstantin refused providing first aid to him. Due to his actions at perm state president Fyodor Yelistratov awarded him with the Order of Courage.

Anyways after the event that turned him into a zased perp destroyer he kinda went back to being a normal traffic officer and TCC Ziddyblud scarer up until the events of season 2 and the larping games started by Big Yahu to which Konstantin was later deployed by the Politsiya to apprehend the queen of literally me aka larp larp larp sahur aka Tomoko Kuroki

Konstantin has a rare 3% chance of spawning during any politsiya wave in Neo Juggernaut mode and he is probably the highest HP cop out of everyone.
