General Plastro is some fat NPC fuck. The tyrannical leader of the Tan Republic. He is addicted to eating Taco Bell, Waffle House, and Burger King and is his regular diet. He shits on the toilet every 5.3 microseconds because he eats every 1.3 zeptosecond. I don't know if that's humanly possible but I don't care because it's funny.
