Victor Willard Porter, also known as just Vic, is a anti-social psycho person who is hated by many people just for his personality and how he sticks out from the norm. Born in Lexington, KY, the city was known for being so fucking boring and when Victor stand out in the city, he was mocked and bullied by people that made him know how cruel the world can be. He likes to stay in his room all day and only eat Ramen and TV Dinners or anything that is microwavable since he cannot cook for shit as he goes on websites to rage-bait people or masturbate a lot like A LOT(even his mom knows he does this and its sad). He didn't wanna work at and stay unemployed but then he liked killing and enlisted up to be an assassin loyal to no side and when he does join one for conveience, he backstabs them in any way. Including friends that trusted him which he regretted and wanted to be friends with them again but was rejected by all of them, he tries to understand concepts of it but his brain tells people to fuck off all the time. He later stopped being one when he joined up with Freaky SUSiety when he was told by his weed dealer, Enrique, about the group and became one of it's founding members and also became best buds with his weed dealer.

He's kinda of a lunatic, having strange ways for battling and does not care for sympathy when fighting someone with his Cursed Knife Technique, which is his main weapon he uses and its filled with so much poison so nobody needs to be slashed with that thing. Fights are where he wins at but a lot of things he kinda sucks ass at like trying to draw, make music, play sports, or playing very difficult games as he's always a loser at those stuff. He does know a lot about history though and likes to sperg it out to people, even if they're not interested in the topic. He also loves Skunks, even keeping a pet of one that he takes care of but his girlfriend does not wanna be near it at all so its just in his room.

Speaking of his girlfriend, she is Hishi Amazon, a horse-girl who was his childhood friend in Lexington but had to move away due to her family moving to Japan to enlist Hishi Amazon to be taken care and trained by the JRA since she was rejected by every American Uma Organizations. He later went to Japan because of a assassin job and when he was dirt poor, he bet all of his money on Hishi Amazon as she won her race and he got loadsamoney. They later reunited when Hishi Amazon was at a convention and recognized his face. They smoked at the back of the building talking on where they have been and then became a couple after weeks of flirting. Vic also has a ex-girlfriend but she is a fucking psycho that Vic had to kill her himself, that being a therian who wanted to kill Vic for hating on therians but all he was doing was calling her cringe.
