Helena Douglas is the Current CEO of DOATEC and an opera Singer she is the daughter of the recently deceased Fame Douglas and her mother who was also assassinated Maria Douglas. she is a master of the Pigua Quan martial art. She serves as the Main Money Supplier of the NPC'S due to her mothers assassin and her Fathers assassin being apart of the other factions. Shes French (EW)
