Fassad is the brother of Lord Stupid IV and is a general at the Pigmask Army.
He is really stupid like his brother but does more smarter things like:

However he gets no bitches and uses Gen Alpha slang. He is the number 1 fan of Isabelle.
He wasn't killed by Mr Game and Watch because he was too stupid to do anything, he proved him by making a DeviantART account to piss him off but that didn't do anything. Instead the Pigmask Army used his DeviantART Account for propaganda to support Lesbians. Also in the Final Battle, Isabelle asked him for help and all he did was sing the lyrics of this song:
