Filthy Frank also known as Francis of the Filth, is a Japanese-Autralian youtuber, born from the primordial soup that infected a baby with downs syndrome in an Indonesian shanty town, demonstrating an extremely high IQ score and manipulation of chromosomes he was contained in an Imperial Japanese SCP-esq cell, wondering how to use him to make the lives of the npn-Japanese they occupy just that more miserable and unethical.
