UTTP is what you get when soyteens and USERs are amalgamated into a complete fucking mess. Mainly composed of children and Mexican white supremacist pedophiles. Compared to their parents however, there's nothing gemmy (funny) about them, and just come off as boring and lame.
UTTP's name is a dumbass' anagram of "YouTube Troll Police", and apparently the group are all about fighting trolls, via trolling, which went about as well as you imagine. Like most USERs, this shit has been kept alive and active since 2011, created by some bitchless crybaby named Thomas Parkinson who knocked his brother out whilst they watched lord of the rings.
On the surface all they seem to do is just use comment spambots to waste space in the YouTube comment sections, mainly in shitty GoAnimate videos and whatever was trending such as Mr.Beast and PewdiePie before him . However unlike most cringe internet cliques. This group certainly attempts to garner a cult of personality, egging kids and spergs with unrestricted internet access into having variants of that clipart officer as their internet profile picture so as to devote their loyalty to the epitome of retarded cringe itself. And using said comment bots to say the same thing, in an attempt to troll other users? or whatever it is they're trying to do.
Fun Fact: Vesna used to be affiliated with them during the sherbase era of the UTTP due to Vesna's past as a member of the anti gacha cause however he left the trolling shit after sherbase12 left and has become extremely disgusted by the modern foodist era of the UTTP.
