The Hueco Mundo Arc is a continuous story arc in Season 2 of Neo Blood Debt where it takes place in Hueco Mundo AKA Hollow World.

Prologue

This world was actually filled with Hollows and other typical shit when The Ancients had a hold of the region and mass murdered the entire population of Hollows and Arrancars. Aizen said that this was ordered to start counterattack measures against the LARPers and started his construction of weapons that will bring mass destruction. He then got kicked by the LARP Society for the control for the region in a ambush attack.

There used to be a king of Hueco Mundo but he's long gone and exiled to a old house, living his life unknown as nobody can find him.

The LARP Society had a hard time deciding what to do with Hueco Mundo, many wanted to start a Israeli Colony but others wanted to sell it. It was then decided to start a colony but the Mexican Government came in at the last second to use 80% of their GDP to buy Hueco Mundo since they think it has valuable stuff to sell and make them rich as fuck. The LARP Susiety agreed because 1.44 trillion USD can basically help them in so many other ways than starting a colony there. This move was very controversial in the LARP Society because many still wanted to have a colony there but there is nothing to do now. The LARPers had the money but Tom Pearl stole all of their money and used it to flush it in the toilet.

Tens of Thousands of Mexicans immigrated there and constructed many cities in the matter of a single year but Mexico wanted the gems and resources but the people there used it for themselves and not shared it with the Mexican Gov so Mexico was poor as fuck which then led another mass immigration to Hueco Mundo. The whole place became orange instead of darkness.

Many Cartels started popping up as Hueco Mundo doesn't have the gov on their side anymore and is basically anarchy. Many American, Israeli, and Turkish people went there to have a lot of fun with the anarchy of the region. The American Shadow Government started to declare war on the Mexican Cartels but were kicked out and had humiliating defeats leading them exiting Hueco Mundo.

Crack Miser VS Weed Miser

Crack Miser started to build up his own army of crack dealers in the region as he can get people hooked up in seconds so Weed Miser saw this and got jealous of him so he started to build up a army of weed dealers in the region making both sides more powerful and equal to eachother. Both wanting to control the most powerful region, Las Noches. Their Cartels begins to move rapidly and arming up fellow other cartels to join their side and attack the other groups that don't allign with their views.

During all of this, the Turks started to develop their own cartel to have their chance to control Las Noches and the entirety of Hueco Mundo for land and to revisit their dreams of a Ottoman Empire returning so their putting their investment in their own personal cartel with actual members helping it.

Crack Miser is Pro-Freaky and is being funded by them but Weed Miser is Pro-LARP and he's being funded by them as well but since both groups hate eachother more and wants to see which one gets defeated, they're putting a lot of resources on this war.

Vic's Gang approaches Hueco Mundo.

This takes place a few years later when the Cartel Wars have been usually minor skirmishes and just developing their areas have turned into a bloody battlefield with militarists coming out with operations to bomb the other cartels.

Victor is asked by Freakybob to send himself and a few others to help Crack Miser out in this cartel war and he would receive lots of money. He agrees and invites his girlfriend Hishiama, his best friend Boognish whom is a god and he's powerful but he's more of a pacifist despite his chaotic nature and doesn't wanna use his god powers at all which he has been sealing it off for awhile but joins Victor. He has one more person to invite and asks Shpak to join but he wants to work alone for this and wants control of the entirety of the Prostitution Ring so he and his fangirl can be rich as fuck.

Victor then decides to reluctantly ask Power to join them even though she might mess them up as she instantly agrees and brings along her cat, Meowy. Hishiama decides to break the news to Vic about her having a Reunion Tour in Japan because she still has fans wanting her back and its gonna take awhile so Vic sighs saying that she was gonna get injured anyways and wouldn't be much help but she smacks him hard and flees off.

Victor, Boognish, and Power enters Hueco Mundo through the Official Spirit Teleporter and start their grounds looking for Crack Miser's cartel but realize they entered LARPer grounds and get spotted by their army, luckily Vic uses his guns blazing and Power uses her hammer with BLOOD and kills the army but are now wanted by the LARPers. They run off using a car they stolen as Vic gives Power and Boognish powerful guns so they can start shooting at other cars. They do this successfully and has their map directions pointed at Crack Miser's cartel.

It is revealed through Vic telling his group that he will betray Crack Miser once this war's over with so he can become the Ruler of Hueco Mundo and steal all the money, prized possessions, gems, important artifacts, or literally anything he can get his hands on to become really fucking rich and share it with him and the other two.

Ciberfollada

Vic approaches Ciberfollada which is a major city controlled by Crack Miser's cartel. Vic meets up with him at a beer party as Crack Miser is too drunk to do anything and says that Freakybob always unprepares him for backup recruitments. Power gets fucking drunk and strips in front of everybody and gets paid a lot as Boognish starts smoking at the back. Vic tells Crack Miser that he would help him out in defeating off LARPers and the Mexican Cartels with his gang and in exchange giving him a powerful role inside the Crack Cartel. Crack Miser agrees on this deal as they started partying and Power starts dumpster diving.

"Power, stop diving into dumpsters or im gonna blow your brains out, i don't wanna deal with your stench being 2x atrocious." - Boognish

"NO CAN DO! IM TRYING TO FIND A TOY FOR MY PRECIOUS MEOWY!" - Power

"Not in a fucking dumpster, anyways where is Meowy?" - Boognish

"Oh Meowy where are you"? - Power

A secret person comes up and shows the cat to them, saying that they have to come find her before heading off in a motorcycle. Power gets extra pissed and starts chasing after her but almost gets shot due to many bullets and flees where Boognish is. Power gets so fucking upset as she starts hitting Boognish for stress relieving but he hits her back as the both start fighting like high school girls in the middle of the hallway. Victor is drunk and vomits behind the dumpster where Boognish helps him stand up and Power screams that Meowy has been kidnapped but Vic doesn't really care as he passes out.

He then arrives at a bench where Boognish is smoking again and Power is still running like a chicken with its head cut off. Then two people tell them to shut the fuck off as they're trying to sleep her in the run down subway. Power goes off at them saying that they look more Cyber than an actual human as the two start beefing with Power until Boognish throws Power away and asks them why they're doing here in the first place. They introduce themselves as Pilar and Rebecca, they were a part of a gang that's around here in Ciberfollada but they were destroyed. They then get distracted by eachother saying fucked up things about eachother and trying to shoot eachother before Boognish calms them down, he realizes that Pilar is the oldest and he has a huge ego but quick-witted. Rebecca is the short snarky bitch but she can be useful too. Boognish asks them to join them as they are officially recruited by Crack Miser but Rebecca tells him that he's joking but he's not and shows proof. They both decide to go with them, out of actually getting out at the worst parts of Ciberfollada.

Ciberfollada in a nutshell is basically the main city of operations of Crack Miser's crew and is in the southwest region of Hueco Mundo. Other areas are controlled by Crack Miser's crew in spots throughout Hueco Mundo but this is the most prominent one. Its basically like a futuristic city but more smaller and has Freaky activities everywhere. Basically a paradise or a hell with people getting down on their luck.

Boognish introduces the two to Victor as he's awoke now and doesn't care so he goes back to sleep until Pilar punches him and tells him to actually recognize him and his sister. He then does out of not getting hit again and instantly bonds with them as they have pretty good humor when he talks with them more. The 5 set out to gather anything they need for the outright war as Vic tells Pilar and Rebecca that they have to be ready for this and they agree. Power gets into fights all the time with Rebecca over the smallest things but again, Power doesn't have Meowy anymore so obviously she's pissed.

Weed Miser's Meeting

Somewhere in a huge Tel Aviv building, Weed Miser carefully walks up the elevator and heads to the top of thee building where he was assigned to be at. He then sees Benjamin Netanyahu with a huge grin as he hugs Weed Miser and takes a joint from him. Big Yahu tells Weed Miser that they have good news to fund his cartel even more and send in reinforcements to help him take care of the other cartels of the city, he says that if they do a offensive towards Ciberfollada and capture the city so Crack Miser's whole cartel will collapse since that's the second biggest city in Hueco Mundo

But Big Yahu tells him the other plans, The LARP Society will take care of his Cartel from now on as Big Yahu wants the entirety of Hueco Mundo for strategic reasons and blames himself (BIG YAHU DON'T BLAME YOURSLEF WAHHHHH) for foolishly accepting the Mexican cash. Weed Miser goes on a tangent that they're taking away his powers but Big Yahu assures him that he will still be a figurehead, just a puppet. Weed Miser screams again but Mamiya Takuji, Tomoko Kuroki, Subaru Natsuki, and BBNO$ walks in and has millions of dollars to give to Weed Miser all to himself. He takes it and says that the plan is in motion. The four laugh after Weed Miser leaves, saying he's a dog and a puppet as Big Yahu laughs for himself too. He tells the four that their heroric actions is to get rid of the Prostitution and Gambling activities in Ciberfollada or basically anything in that city and turn it into his Utopian plans of New Tel Aviv.

The four agree but says who will deal with the people still fighting for Crack Miser. Big Yahu shrugs, saying he has a brilliant scientist that can help him deal with them as with more LARP battalions to help him. The scientist is unamed but its someone that Big Yahu has in his arsenal as his trick sleeve. Big Yahu then looks out of the window and says "You better not mess this up Weed Miser, all you have to do is not get in my way and let us do everything, fucking bitch".

Highway to Hell

Boognish is driving a warn down car he stole from the city but everything is so fucking chaotic, Vic and Power are beating themselves up and trying to choke eachother. Pilar and Rebecca keep arguing on who get what seat like they're fucking children. Boognish snaps out and threatens to use his powers on all four on them. Pilar doesn't believe i until he is burned by Boognish via zapping as he's on fire and rushes out of the car to go to a lake. The problem is that there is none nearby and he's gonna deal with it. Boognish then crashes the car at a pole leading them to all walk and they all don't wanna do that shit so they all complain the whole time.

It then cuts later at dark where Power keeps trying to chase a single snake as the four settled down in a gas station where they kill the owner and they have resources to food, water, snacks, and all they can want. The four began getting their sleeper bags as Vic starts talking.

"Y'know i honestly don't know what we're doing, i mean we're supposed to invade the other cartel but all i see is nothing but sand and cacti." - Vic

"You and the other guy wanted us to join and now we're just sitting here? This is a waste of my time." - Rebecca

"Hey at least we can smoke so many fucking weed that you guys stole, oh yeahhhh." - Pillar

"FUCK YOU!" - Rebecca

"YOU FUCKING DIPSHIT BASTARD!" - Pilar

The two begin fighting until they hear sirens outside with Power rushing in, saying that a whole army has arrived. That being Weed Miser's Cartel with military trucks, helicopters, and many soldiers ready to die for Weed Miser. The person controlling it is none other than Solf J. Kimblee who spied on them the whole time.

"Holy shit, i remember you......actually i don't" - Victor

"Oh Victor, you see after i almost got killed awhile back, the LARP Society recruited me as i rose to the ranks. I am now a commander of this Cartel army and i-

"Im so fucking bored, can you actually get going because i just shot four of your guys" - Rebecca

"That it, fuck you" - Kimblee

Kimblee than proceeds to do many explosions as the whole gas station blows up and when especially where the oil pumps are at but he didn't expect it to be much bigger but he shrugs as he finally thinks he actually got them. Victor then surprises him by showing up with all burns and quickly moves with his knife to split open guts of the soldiers and goes to Kimblee's face and almost cuts him but misses. Kimblee than punches him and kicks him back before Vic gets up again and dodges effortlessly this time before kicking Kimblee back too. Pilar decides to use his gorilla cyber hands to stretch and to knockout many soldiers as he can while Rebecca keep shooting them all with her shotguns, more skilled than them all. Power and Boognish are nowhere to be seen.

Kimblee then makes the ground explode, trying to make the area around him in his favor. Vic then tries sneak attacking him several times and cuts him half the time. Vic explains that his knife is pure poison and can kill him in a minute. Kimblee then says that he's been prepared for that and uses a antidote, his elites told him about Vic's powers and what they can do so he already thought of him using it. Vic then screams at him and spams slurs before reaching to get the kill on him. Kimblee dodges it and does a front explosion on Vic. Vic dodged that as Kimblee is irritated as that was supposed to kill him. Rebecca and Pillar successfully killed the soldiers but are then pointed to be exploded at by Kimblee until...

cut

Vic cut through him and said he did it towards his heart and that he's gone for. Kimblee says that he is wrong and that its not his heart before using using one last explosion and it looked like Vic was gone for good but Pilar uses his hands to punch Kimblee and misuse his explosion. Kimblee then seems to be calmed and thinks this was a total bust before saying he would come back.

Pilar and Rebecca looks at Vic and demands answers on why he was here. Vic explains that Weed Miser's cartel probably has more and more LARPers heading towards there but he doesn't know if they are fully on here sent by the elites or doing this voluntarily but looking at the army size, it was probably the first choice. He then goes on about how they're trying to fuck him as he's actually a public enemy of them. He then says that everyone affiliated with him, is now a public enemy and have wanted posters across Weed Miser's cartel. Rebecca chokes Victor as Pillar knocks Rebecca off and says that they better get the money from his boss or they will betray Vic. Vic laughs at that and says that even if he betrays, they would still get him. Pillar then demands they head over to Crack Miser for the money as Vic agrees. Rebecca tries searching for Power and Boognish but they are nowhere to be seen.

We then see the trio head off into a stolen helicopter and over to Ciberfollada. Vic thinks Boognish and Power are safe since they went to the opposite direction. Their invasion to the Cartel camps have failed.

It cuts to Meowy being fed by a unknown person. That being called by someone also unknown as they head over to the Soul Society main center as they are then introduced as Urahara and Yoruichi. Urahara tells Yoruichi that her quick stop to Hueco Mundo was weak, only stealing someone's cat. Yoruichi gets mad and says she liked it as someone was hurting it and she finally has someone to teach while in cat form. Urahara says they she has to be in Hueco Mundo again due to Mamiya Takuji asking people to join and Urahara wants to experiment before Mayuri gets to go down there.

The Good, The Bad, and The Turks

Vic, Pilar, and Rebecca arrives in CF where they demand Crack Miser for money and more power. Crack Miser gives them money but tells them that they didn't really try hard enough. Pilar and Rebecca doesn't really care as they never saw this much money in awhile as they run off with it. Vic then realizes that he has to do something bigger other than killing just a army squad which could definitely give him a higher role in the cartel but he never got the role. Hence why Vic is now fucking pissed at Crack Miser and follows where Pilar and Rebecca are at.

"OHHH IM SORRY HOW WE UNDERRESTIMATED YOU VIC, WE WILL LIKE ALWAYS BE BY YOUR SIDE IF WE KEEP DOING THIS!" - Rebecca

"Yeah dude, you're so fucking cool" - Pilar

Pilar then gives Vic a noogie.

"Yeah, we did lose Boognish and Power though. Knowing him, he probably wanted to have fun and went somewhere with her, that bastard."

Vic's phone starts to ring as he answers it.

"Hello?"

"OH HEY HUBBIE!" - Hishiama

"Oh hey babe-"

Rebecca then interrupts

"Oh is this your girlfriend you talked about? She's a real qt"

"Huh" - Hishiama

"GIVE ME THAT BITCH.....hey Hishiama, are you done with your tour"

"Yeah it was pretty quick, OH, i went to Tracen back in a program oh how i loved going back there. Oh did you see the new Soccer match? Brazil WON!!! WOAHHHHH VAMOS BRAZIL WOAHHHH!.

"HOLY SHIT THEY WON, LETS GOOOOOO" - Vic

"Anyways ima hang up, i love you babe."

Hishiama hangs up as Rebecca is laughing

"You as in YOU! is telling the truth about dating a Uma Racer. How the hell did you date one."

"At least he's dating a person unlike you who takes dick like its a hobby, anyways Vic lets go beat up on some random people like we can do whatever we want her dude." - Pilar.

"FUCK YOU BIG BRO, FUCK YOUUUUUUU!" - Rebecca.

The two argue as Vic wonders where the next mission is at, he's def sure that Boognish is alright. Boognish and Power are currently being tied upside down in some military camp where there's Turkish flags as Power tries to eat somebody. They are then met by some rapper who smells like shit. He introduces himself as Shitty G and throws a Whiskey Bottle at Power as she eats in one bite.

"Yoooo dude, can we get out of here" - Boognish, clearly liking where this is going

"No idiot, I'm here to watch over your sorry ass. What even are you, you're like some guy with 7 spikes and a abnormal head and skin. Am i hallucinating. I need to work at Applebee's again"

Shitty G keeps watching over them as the ropes are so tight, the Turks are clearly smart to buy these engineered versions. Suddenly a mexican cartel raided their camp as Shitty G pulls out his gun and cuts the ropes with the knife that's supposed to cut this specific rope.

"Just help us or run off, idk what they wanted to do with you or something, they caught you guys in bushes and thought you were evil i guess *BURP*" - Shitty G

"YOU BETCHA, I'LL SUCK ALL YOUR FUCKING BLOOD YOU ALABAMA INCEST DUDE!" - Power

"Im from TN, bitch"- Shitty G

Boognish then goes up to the Mexican Cartel and beats them all up with his techniques as he does it with no effort. He bites through their skull and offers Power all of their blood. This fight was so easy as Shitty G is impressed and the others are too. Shitty G says they need to go to the nearby controlled Turkish city since the Cartels have found their location. Boognish and Power introduces themselves as the camp decides that they have to take both in.

Urahara's Plan

The most smartest person in the Soul Society (LARP Society) is none other than Kisuke Urahara, he's a chill stoner guy just like Boognish but he's always a trick up his sleeve. His plans are to go to Hueco Mundo, help Weed Miser, and to experiment his shit, with the help of Yoruichi and reluctantly Soyfon who begged to go because she wanted to be with Yoruichi. Tessai Tsukabishi is at his shop standing in for him. Urahara uses one of the portals he made himself and went instantly to the capitol of Weed Miser's territories called Tierra del Fuego.

That city was originally formed by Mexican settlers until Weed Miser took the town and let every corporation take over it, its basically more better than CF in any way except for CF's far superiority in Tech. The city is still rivaling the town of CF. Urahara arrives with a ultimatum to Weed Miser who's in the central plaza, that he will have full authority over the cartel and that he will change it for the better.

Weed Miser laughs, saying that's impossible before getting severely injured as Weed Miser begs for help but nobody comes. Urahara says one more time, that Weed Miser is already a puppet and has no full authority. Weed Miser agrees as he gives all the power to Urahara. Moments later, Urahara explains to Yoruichi and Soyfon that he wants the whole cartel is rebranded into the Hueco Mundo Expedition Force. Many people revolt in the streets because their dear leader was basically overthrowed and tossed in the dumpster, having his whole meeting with Big Yahu be pointless as even Big Yahu who's spectating doesn't even care for that man.

The Cartel Army and IDF Army supports Urahara as he gives a big speech with a large audience:

"Hello, Hello people of Hueco Mundo, I Kisuke Urahara has announced that i will be your new leader from this point onwards if you couldn't tell from earlier, I have announced that all of our territories controlled by WM's Cartel will be now called the Hueco Mundo Expedition Force or HMEF, pronounce it like H Mef *awkwardly laughs* but anyways, i just hope i can make sure you guys are alright and more safer due to my experiments of shielding the entire capitol for safety. CM's Army and the Mexican Cartel Armies have no chance in breaking in this area, we also have the army more suitable for actual advisors to help. Just do your average activities and i assure you that all of Hueco Mundo and the guarded Las Noches will be all ours"

Many people cheer in the crowds as Yoruichi gives Urahara a thumbs up, Soyfon is jealous that everyone is praising Urahara even though she thinks that he's a fucking loser that tries flirting with Yoruichi but she's reluctantly working with him. Urahara then gathers up the one commander that was fired from the army and that being Kimblee. Kimblee lost all of his soldiers in a skirmish with three people and Urahara wants him to know that its alright and he can be back. Kimblee grins as Urahara knows his potential. Urahara goes up in a secret place that can be accessed with cards which is underground and is a awesome fucking place for all his scientific stuff he brought here with backup of his portable cubes.

Urahara now has Yoruichi, Kimblee, and Soyfon all apart of his major elitist group and he controls things around here, which he did all of this under a day. Urahara then says that he has connections to people that will join and attack. He also says that he has plans to turn this city into a Frutiger Aero city and rename it to Solace City and have everyone all over the world come to it and the other three clap. Urahara grins as he then says that Crack Miser's army is the first one he's targeting.

Inside Urahara's thoughts, he wants to separate from the LARP Society and have his way into controlling the entirety of Hueco Mundo as a independent Republic but he's not gonna cut ties with the LARPers, just wanting them to help his way control things around here.

Vic VS Mayuri

As Vic, Pilar, and Rebecca are running around in circles, they have no idea on what route reaches to another nearby rival cartel area. As the three keep bickering on who's the leader, they see a Kmart in the middle of nowhere.

"Holy Shit, i haven't seen these since i was a small kid, am i hallucinating on drugs again" - Vic

"Its legit, see I'm even pissing on the walls" - Pilar

However there were cars in the parking lot which is strange. As soon as the four enter in, they see a variety of people in there, all waving and smiling. Vic and Rebecca feels that something is off as Pilar keeps pulling chicks but they shrug and explore the shop a bit. Meanwhile, Mayuri is looking at them in the desert and he didn't know that these three were this stupid. He laughs as he can just instantly trap them in seconds but wants to enjoy how this is going.

Vic, Rebecca, and Pilar start driving around in a shopping cart as they drive around crashing the store and eating shit. Spraying graffiti everywhere like there's tons of just dick graffiti on the walls, the three then start suffocating saliva on their mouths as everything disappears as it was all an illusion.

Mayuri claps, as he walks towards them as they are defenseless.

"My oh my, i didn't know it was this easy to trap you worms in. You guys are too foolish to think some shop was in the middle of the road. I wanted to get you guys as soon as possible before Urahara can use you guys first, so i can experiment on you and be my test subjects."

Mayuri then delivers his sword as his assistant, Nemu, gives it to him. Vic wonders as he's basically almost dying until he can make a breakthrough with everything he got so he quickly does a fast agile move to use his knife to cut through Nemu and drink the antidote she has as its easily seen in her pockets. He then throws it at Rebecca and Pilar to have to drink.

"Hey weird ugly guy, why do you look like that and WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US?" - Rebecca

"Well darling, im getting quite annoyed that you guys are resisting, i didn't quite get all the information on that guy. Well here's Plan B." - Mayuri

Mayuri releases his Bankai via Spirit Energy which unleashes a giant, grotesque golden baby with a caterpillar-like body wearing a red cloak, accompanied by a silver halo. As he's already using his Bankai, Vic has Nemu hostaged and threatens to kill her but he doesn't care one bit and says she's just an artificial soul in a body. Pilar gets more enraged and goes on in aggressively but shooting several times at Mayuri, but they don't even work so he starts rushing to attack leading to Mayuri wanting to stab him but his sword is shot by Rebecca who distracts him as Vic uses a magic circle to start firing shots at Mayuri.

"HEY DOUCHEBAG, YOU NEVER SHOWED US THAT, THAT COULD'VE BEEN VERY USEFUL AGAINST THE OTHER BITCH" - Rebecca

"I didn't feel like it that day, besides i was too tired" - Vic

"Too tired? Bitch you were energetic as always" - Rebecca

"Hmmm arguing i see, splendid" - Mayuri

Vic starts sending burst shots of purple spirit energy onto Mayuri but he dodges them and seeks out a sword attack with Vic. Vic has no choice but to keep dodging until he finds something else as Mayuri uses his Bankai to start unleashing poisonous gas. He screams at Rebecca and Pilar to run as they do as fast as they can, they then see a shopping cart and realize that it was never in the illusion, it was always there abandoned so they run off like a duo.

Vic is dodging more as Mayuri keeps speeding up, Vic can't keep this up for more longer as he finally uses many burst shots at one time to attack Mayuri and it works as he's ready to knock out for a final blow until Mayuri dodges it with ease. Mayuri explains that Vic has no chance here in a fight and he already can track the other two if he wanted too. Vic then congrats him as he keeps glazing Mayuri as a god and a wonderful scientist as Mayuri blushes but tells him that he's trying to get out of this but the glazing continues as it effects Mayuri's ego.

Vic then has the perfect chance to escape while Mayuri starts bragging about himself as Vic runs away very far, catching up to Rebecca and Pilar in a car on their drive to invade Cartel Camps as Mayuri realizes it and throws a massive fit but he then can use his stuff he planted to track them down but he realizes again that he told it to Vic and he found a way to modify their bodies to not have it. Mayuri sighs, as Nemu tries comforting him.
