Dick Dastardly

Richard "Dick" Milfhaus Dastardly is some guy who's only known for being compared to Waluigi and an NPC. His reasons for becoming an NPC is because he got fucking sick and tired of freakers making fun of his name, and being a better racist than him. As a result, he hates society as a whole and he and his pet dog Muttley plan to destroy all the major racing shows like NASCAR and F1.

He is an arch enemy of some dumbass dove and Waluigi.
