This template hides spoiler text behind a solid color overlay, which is revealed when a reader clicks directly on the hidden text. Unlike Spoiler and SpoilerReplace, it does not require SpoilerButton, as the toggle functionality is triggered by interacting with the text itself.
Place the spoiler text inside the first parameter.
