The Ruthless boy is considered by nearly all to be one of the most violent and dangerous characters in FB&CC and has only appeared in a short movie of the same name. To date, no one has defeated him in a battle. He is compared to be as powerful as The Sniper, and while Sniper may have more tricks up in his sleeve, Ruthless boy doesn't even have a stand, relying solely on sheer brute force, power and anger.

If you see him, he'll straight up kill you. You can only run from him, only the fastest live to see him, you cannot fight him, you cannot trick his ass, you cannot reason with him, nothing will stop him from giving you a slow, painful and brutal death. He is said to be so ruthless and so cruel, he'd make Cruel Fredrick look gentle and friendly in comparison.
