The Freaky Monster is Cookie Monster's NPC clone. He was created by Professor Poopypants as one of his "SCP" experiments, before he worked for the Foundation. During this time, Poopypants worked for the Voice who was a gangsta as opposed to an NPC Agency member back then before the NPC Freaky War. The Freaky Monster is a fake freakture dubbed a 𝙼𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚋𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛 also known as a LARPer.

He is obsessed with big boobies, but he was mauled to death by the cast of the yo mama web series
