When Dr Caligari went into community service, he went to Technical University of Munich just to teach students about various branches of science and health related topics despite being a doctor and a scientist.
If any student make a wrong move against him (such as making pranks or their tomfoolery), he would put them through his experiments as he has no tolerance for. In one incident, a student decided to prank Dr Caligari by filling a bucket full of rainbow paint as a joke and put it in the top of the door
He also influenced Professor Poopypants and The Medic into this style of surgery
