An extremely long time after his defeat, Lord Quantarr Discovered the ability to go beyond The Quantum Realm and free Chungularity so he can "see his dead wife again". But it was of course a trap set up by Chungularity to be free as Quantarr wasn't aware of Chungularity's lore and believed he could finally see his wife who died hundreds of years ago.
