The Neo Blood Debt Wiki, (ネオ・ブラッド・デット). Is an unofficial anarchist parody wiki based on the Vandalism of the fandom wiki for the hit murder mystery style Roblox game Blood Debt. Created by multiple users with the most important one being TakedaKanryu on fandom who was later revealed to be VesnaTheRussianWarcriminal. Neo Blood Debt was originally created during the Vandal era of the Blood Debt Fandom Wiki in 2025 on October 12 to October 21st but it would later turn into a extremely unserious, dark, edgy, USER Filled hellhole known for going to war against blood debts own creators and doing a dark comedy of the state of the middle east, during the Miraheze reign that lasted from uhhh I think March of 2026 to Vesnas birthday on the 24th of August.

Neo Blood Debt is mainly known as the most problematic piece of blood debt media, Being the most creative as well with it beating most of moosty's works and no mercy 3 in terms of being problematic medias. The wiki tells the storyline of a faction called the Turkish Shadow government led by the mysterious and zased Jakarta istambul Panini Sr., Before that season 1 was mainly just vandalism about furry juggernauts and stuff until Vesna showed up bipolar and emo and then inserted characters from the obacchios bizzare lucifer wiki onto the fan made wiki.

Neo Blood Debt is often hated by many users including most of if not all of the main wiki writers for the blood debt miaheze due to how Vesna would often bash I Tried At Least along with its Creator Sne3ze, Along with allegations of being a tccer however neo blood debt is not tcc medias.

It was just a shitpost wiki with a massive convoluted unhinged fanfic plotline similar to The Fanboy and ChumChum Bible and the Dark Prognosticus of the freaky saga along with it being called a Dark Comedy of the middle east geopolitics due to how it became Larpers vs everyone else, Since it was a shitpost wiki in the style of Neo Scary Godmother many people but mostly just vesna would add Random characters to it, Such as multiple characters from the Obacchio Bizarre Lucifer: Chaos Devil 666 Fanfiction, Leigharch from black Lagoon, The Shooter Girl from Morimiya, Characters from Umamusume, Jujutsu Kaisen, Subahibi, Blood Debt (of Course), Fuckin Freakipedia Era Freakbob and many more

The Wiki's second era also known as the golden age era or the Miraheze era is called the most problematic and most controversial era for many reasons and it got so bad that the fanfic became forbidden to discuss about on the official I tried at least discord server. Howver Neo Blood Debt is often known as the gem that helped Vesna realize he was being held back by the new normies which would later help him abandon the new norm fanon wiki entirely and return back to the freaky saga

The wiki's second deletion was caused after an angry Black GermanSoyteen named Tokn caused a massive drama over how MOOSTY existed and how he wanted his pages taken down to which vesna and co didn't want to so tokn contacted miraheze admins to take everything down. However Due to the fact that Enrique is so zased he would back up and port everything to the skullgirlz wiki

Despite the wiki being extremely vulgar and edgy Neo Blood debt unironically has a small dedicated fan base of a few or so people

There will possibly be another era of neo blood debt but we'll just have to wait and see

The Second Most controversial incident/things for the neo blood debt Wiki was the fact that Vesna partnered himself with infamous RR34 creator MOOSTY due to them both being outcasts in the Blood Debt community and guess what happened a few of her works were featured on this wiki

This is controversial mainly because it was an anarchy wiki and there were a few pages that were mainly controversial due to the featuring of the Poblox Rorn, Such as Anzhela, Veronika Prime, Melody and a few others one of the main infamous pages was Vera Belayas lol

anyways The Hot Roblox and stuff became the second most known reason for why ital hated and despised the neo blood debt wiki to the point where they literally tried to use it against Vesna when they attempted to report the wiki the first time despite the only thing there being the infamous slander image of ji Jung tea with a tiny pp

anyways the Raunchy and Naughty humor along with the Hot Roblox became one of the main reasons why neo blood debt was hated however they focused more on the TCC allegations compared to it

ANYYYYWAYYY Vesna was not really okay in the head during the original run of neo blood debt AKA he was going through his emo era post season 2 and due to this he would discover the character Mori Chan AKA shooter girl from the most complex rpg maker game of all time MMSS AKA morimiya shooting made by a gore artist since Vesna cannot stop adopting and stealing characters made by gore makers despite him not being a fan of it, Anyways he was known as the Mori Chan guy on sora AI and later he would make his Roblox avatar Mori Chan...... and this would essentially spark the whole Vesna vs ITAL SHIT.

But anyways lets talk about the drama itself

Anyways The addition of Mori Chan in the neo blood debt wiki during the second season has been the most used slander against Vesna besides the hot Roblox and that's mainly because despite being fictional Mori Chan is tcc medias somehow. Now Vesna x Mori and the whole shes my best friend thing became the whole reasoning for why ital did not really like Neo debt because it was often used as literally THE ONLY Reason to hate the wiki, like Sn3eze making Juggernaut mode didn't cause the massive influx of tcc Roblox games

Now not many people like Mori Chan and 🔪Yumi Tojo🔪 due to their medias but it was also something that helped neo blood debt grow due to how many morimiya fans knew Vesna as the neo blood debt guy along with how his guide on what to do if you wear a Mori Chan avatar essentially told people how to survive 1984.

As of now Vesna is still friends with Mori Chan and still has her as his PFP lol

TCC Allegations

One of the most well known allegation against Vesna and the Neo Blood Wiki used by the ital people, Due to many contributing factors such a Mori Chan, Anon, The fact that Tokn and friends kept making fake juggernauts, Yumi Tojo, and many others but mainly the existence of Mori Chan ITAL would make up this false lie that Vesna was apart of the true crime community and was a TCC blud. Whilst it is true that Vesna used to be in the TCC for a bit during his massive emo sperging AKA his exile from the freakers in 2025 he calmed down a bit during the neo blood debt era, The TCC Allegations are often used as a straw man against Vesna due to Mori Chan and how the wiki was too chaotic and edgelord. Despite this there is literally several examples of Vesna making fun of the TCC like for Example: Mocking the No Mercy 3 creators, The Fact that the cop who stop the perm shooting Konstantin Kalinin was on the wiki, making fun of Anon, Making fun of the TCC fans ECT. However most italers would ignore these because it was easier to claim Vesna was a TCC person

This only got worse due to Vesna getting involved with the infamous single player pve versions of juggernaut mode AKA the communities for no larps and no mercy 3 Demake for a little bit, Vesna has stated that these games are more like stress relievers and stop boredom and should not be seen as TCC games. However Due to being a frequent visitor of these games along with getting a character he made named Bryan Warden added to the shooter selection ITAL would continue to slander and debase Vesna's beautiful wiki by calling it TCC slop

Once again the reason why people call It TCC Slop is because neo blood debt haters often never read the wiki.

Antisemitism Allegations

Due to how the LARPERS AKA the Israeli government and their army were heavily featured as the antagonist of season 2 many ITAL members would come up with the false claim that neo blood debt was anti semetic, While Neo Blood Debt does reuse a few conspiracies such as the third temple theory along with the Samson option and the blackmail ring and all the warcrimes, Neo blood debt is not actually anti semetic because the second season is often said to be a dark comedy version of the global tensions in the middle east and specifically the Israel vs Palestine war and the concept of Zionism vs Everyone.

Despite this many still believe that the larper empire is antisemetic and even though tokn would make things worse by actually making a page for 2019 Halle shooter Stephan Balliet he was mocked severely in that page so technically it doesn't count despite Anon being a recurring character in later medias Vesna would make.

Misinformation Campaign

Due to the fact that neo blood debt was SEO certified by Google along with the fact that the wiki's Google icon was the exact same as the blood debt miraheze icon, Vesna would often cause many many man instances of Misinformation by making characters before the blood debt writing team was able to do it

Many examples of this include the pages for, Nikita Melnik, Denis Zhuka, Konstantin Krupin, Liao Shun, Kai Zhang, Vera Belaya lol and many other it also got to the point where Vesna was going to rewrite one of the story articles Cry Of A Thousand Cicadas to be the true and honest version of Kai Zhang stopping the Kualton incident

It got to the point where some italers thought neo blood debt characters were actually canon

Tokn's Betrayal

Due to MOOSTY's existence the group of friends Vesna made from no LARPs AKA Tokn and Friends essentially caused a massive mutiny over her existence which led to a fall out and later tokn trying to remove the pages he himself made. Vesna and Victor would then slander these pages which made tokn email the stewards.

After this email the miraheze run of the neo blood debt Wiki was essentially over because a day or so later the deletion notice was on the wiki.

Shpak Romanov

Shpak Romanov is essentially the posterboy and literally our wikis mascot besides Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr. and Mori Chan. Shpak is considered to be the most hated OC in all of blood debt and Roblox game history due to the fact that his entire character is one thing He is a purvurted Ray-pist lmao and due to the fact that he is a creep along with how he is heavily associated with the concept of poblox rorn he is considered to be our most problematic issue on the wiki and in blood debt as a whole.

However that doesn't matter because Shpak has a fangirl hahaha (Note from RFORT: technically two if we count the writer of the fangirl aka ME)

The Trolling Of Tsoi Fanatic

Throughout the early months of the wiki AKA the time period where Shpak Romanov got his page made, Vesna would often troll the main former main wiki writer for the Hong Huan articles TsoiFanatic as revenge for Gaz or something and during these slandering incidents Vesna would watch a jjk slander audio and use it for Tsoi's Favorite OC Ji Jung-tae, The consequences of this was the infamous starting line of Ji Jung-Tae also known by people who are free as Ji Fraud-tae was a fucking terrorist who enjoyed beating the life out of children.

this got worse due to Vesna making images of the character with Epstein and or on the island along with the aforementioned kualton incident arc however during the late years and after tsoi quit the writing team Vesna stopped doing it.

The Mandate of Konstantin

The Mandate of Konstantin was an epic Gaslighting campaign that Vesna invented after he got mad over the current canon version of eagles nest. Using the neo blood debt wiki he would re read the draft version and start a massive gas lighting campaign where he said that Konstantin Krupin and Denis Zhuka canonically survived and that Veronika Kazakova bribed ITAL to make it uncanon

ITAL would later give into the gaslighting by making one part of the mandate AKA Denis surviving Canon in the new rewrite. hahaha get nae naed

The Art Dramas

As many user may know Vesna cannot draw for shit so as such 99% of the images you see on the neo blood debt wiki are either stolen from other people, Posted by the artist themselves or images that were edited by Vesna. This would cause a few minidramas throughout the blood debt spaces due to how many community members had their artworks featured on the most problematic wiki that they have ever had.

this low-key got worse due to how Vesna was using a blood debt version of you guessed it Replicant Vesna as their self insert before the real self insert was made, Apparently the creator got harassed by ITAL due to its inclusion hence why he showed up and started demanding Vesna take it down. However an agreement on this was later made and Vesna got 2 new images of replicant in the process.

Vandal attack by Andrey Pronsky

during the early months of the miraheze a USER who was pretending to be the leader of the Russian Extremest group National Socialism/White Power AKA Andrey Pronsky would join the wiki and vandalize it a bit by posting balkan Shitpost memes and renaming the wiki to Raype. Andrey later got banned and there was a theory that Andrey was Sich even though Sich never did it.

Usage of real people

While this is essentially shit nobody cares about or something the wiki has been known for using the likenesses of real people, Such as schizophrenic Internet personality Tony Chase, Russian Traffic Officer Konstantin Kalinin, Halle Synagogue Shooter Stephan Balliet and a few others that I don't care about. However nobody actually cares about this besides like uhhhhhhhhhh

Plagiarism???

While there is not many examples of this Vesna has been known to borrow lore from other series and franchises an example is how Vesna continuously stole characters from Nicholas Nick Gur's popular wattpad fanfiction Obbachios Bizzare Lucifer Chaos Devil and Gaiden 666. However this was mainly more like imitation due to how some characters from the fanfic like Jack The Frippa, Beserkio, Jakarta Istambul Panini Sr., A Literal Fucking Panda, Pistacchio Joe and others became recurring characters in the fanfiction

The Next thing was the fact that when the freakbob article was made it was 99% copied from the old freakipedia era version where he was still Wario. it is unknown why Vesna would do this but it has been stated several times that the reason why he added it was to kinda bring back old memories of the past...

Vesna also did this too with the concept of a few characters in the larper empire from skullgirlz, however just like obbachios Vesna would add more info onto it in order to make it a more decent better version of the pre existing page. Though these stealings were usually sections only

Vesna later had plans to reintroduce legacy characters from the freakipedia era such as our sexiest anti NPC man Dragan Markovic and Game and watches daughter made by E245E Veronica... however the plans were cancelled when the wiki takedown happened
