Tony Chase (real name Mark A. Ray, also known as Walter Chase, and Prince Rockefeller Hughes) is a Jewish-American schizophrenic Minor character in the second season of Neo Blood Debt who is often targeted and tormented by so called Government Sattelites made by Jonathan J.J President. Throughout the series Tony has been documenting these so called attacks by the Sattelite Men on his Teeth, His Ethicity, His Race, His Hermathrodite Penar, His freaky peepee and most importantly his royal inheritance granted to him by his true father Walt Disney, He is also noteworthy for other fantastical and dubious claims. For instance, he purports to be a hermaphrodite possessing a full set of both male and female reproductive organs, and moreover, he claims that penis is over forty-one inches in length.
