| Leigharch is a 40-year-old man with a skinny build, pale skin, short but shaggy blond hair, and a very thin patchy beard. He wears tinted sunglasses, a green dress shirt, and several beaded necklaces including one with a cross moline pendant.

| He acts Irish and talks in an Irish accent. As already mentioned Leigharch is a Compulsive CEO of smoking weed and doing the COCAINE POWDER! which is very Good. Leigharch has a frequent tendency to hallucinate at inopportune times, particularly in the middle of a car chase or Driving around the Kulaton Airport in the "The Kuai Pan incident" arc. Most of his hallucinations are actually references to Western pop culture, such as Playboy Playmates, Star Trek characters like Jean-Luc Picard and Klingons, or sixties rock music legends such as Jimi Hendrix.
