Richard "Dick" Milfhaus Dastardly is some guy who's only known for being compared to Waluigi and a 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 frenemy who sided with 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Fox, Sir 𝓒𝓾𝓶, and others to troll his superior leaders.
