Hotel Moscow is a global crime syndicate and variety of the Russian mafia based in Moscow. they are the replacement faction after the destruction of the Agency. the Mafia is ran by leader of the Thai branch Balalaika. They're extremely hostile to nearly every faction and as such they're considered enemies to everyone except for the League of Gangstas. Hotel Moscow is introduced during the second chapter of the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Saga Where Balalaika introduces herself and immediately makes enemies with the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 society and the NPC Alliance. Most of their goons are former members of the Russian VDV that fought during the Soviet afghan war and as such they are known to fight like hell and killing one of their members will immediately give you a death wish as Balalaika will track you to the ends of the earth to fucking murder you. This is one of the few new factions introduced to the freaky lore along with the Militesi Empire. Hotel Moscow prioritizes in Murder, drug trafficking, prostitution, protection, racketeering, bribery, political corruption, kidnapping, smuggling and extortion

Most members of the syndicate are composed of Russians who were once bureaucrats or nomenklatura in Russia's various government agencies, such as the Soviet KGB, and these people left the agencies to join the mafia after the dissolution of the USSR and the corruption in the Russian Federation. Some members are also ex-military, such as the dedicated VDV paratroopers who served under their captain Balalaika during the Soviet war in Afghanistan. Balalaika's Vysotniki are ex-VDV soldiers who act as the Thai branch's special operations team.

The Attack On Pizza Castle

In one infamous mission, they sent a wacky assassin to Bikini Bottom to sabotage Pizza Castle, hoping to ignite a chain of events that would leave Patrick Star ravenous and disrupt local commerce. While their convoluted plot ended in SpongeBob’s antics rather than success, it added to their legacy of their schemes against Bikini Bottom. After the time skip, the Crystal King and the empire of Crystalis were conquered by the Militesi Empire

Freaky Bob used to buy Ectasy from them before they separated all ties after Freakybob met Walter White.

Appearance

The standards for Hotel Moscow members outfits are simple most members wear suits with a Kevlar vest under it which are much better than wearing tracksuits like most Slavic gangs. The Vysotniki however wear their VDV uniforms instead as it's an easy way to identify that they're Balalaika's special forces because she was also apart of the VDV. besides that all hair types are allowed. For gang identification, some Russian mafia members are known to have criminal tattoos on their bodies, such as knives, star symbols, a double-headed eagle carrying a revolver, and heraldic ribbons with words and phrases like "mafia justice."
