They are given to any user of the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Gene as a tools for the NPC-𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 War. Due to having unusually high amounts of dark matter inside them, their duck dick size is usually considered LARGER than LARGE.
