Busby is the funniest unfunny character in video game history which makes him just unfunny and not 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 enough to be a true 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴. Coming from the franchise of the titular character. He talked bad about Spongebob because he wasn't talkative or funny like him. He is a minor arcana and apostle for the ⛧ Vermilion Army ⛧ willing to dive deep into the Frenized Flame. As a separate dimensional counterpart split off from the mainstream Bubsy who grew into the older more refined version that took off the shirt with the exclamation point, he seeks to destory the Bubsyverse. He once had a friend group with Dr. Hämsterviel and others and took all of them to the Vermilion Army so he can kill that damn gerbil hemigod just to be a dick. Bubsy knows he can't defeat Dr. Hämsterviel but will try anyways. He would then spread the Frenized Flame to his scientists like Virgil deciding that the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 BaaBots weren't a large enough threat. He would have taken ME-Tan as well but then decided that she would better be stuffed inside a dumpster to rot. He would also take a knife out and cut open ME-Tan's eye out and some of her fingers and then feed it to his demon legion.

He was offered to join the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 society to help Thanos do gay shit for his gym partner FreakBob but then rejected Thanos because he felt they were a bunch of noobs who despite causing the Dimensional Merge, couldn't do villainous crimes with software and piracy. He would hijack the trolls and freakers for NSFW lost media tapes by attacking Mr. Kadabra. He also refuses to join the NPC Alliance as they are the heroes of the story, and they want to make Bubsy the hero so he can have "good" video games and make him a good "freedom fighter" like all of the other mascots such as Blinx who all died in the pre-timeskip or slowly turned into something unrecognizable in the 6th Millennium. He really hates Windows and Mac immediately joined the Satanists as they were much more sane villian team than the freakers as he and the rest of the organization fully understands Linux along with Ulillillia who is just there for Bubsy to serve him as his boss. Some of his villianous allied like Clippy technically fall under as evil "freedom fighters" within the Vermilion Army but he doesn't care as he knows the Vermilion Army is disposable and has plenty of useful idiots who are more sane than the freakers to exploit.

Ulillillia has fought battles against Terry Davis, an Imperium of Gods software engineer in the past before Terry went fully insane. He once worked for other villians including Dr. Hämsterviel who understands software but chooses not to learn outdated Earth tech often cite Ulillillia as well as Bubsy's programming skills as some nerdy no-lifer shit. In reality Bubsy doesn't understand tech at all because Linux isn't really that hard to understand and using Linux is just one big LARP.

During one mission against the NPC Alliance, he decided to create a fake vaccine dubbed "the BubsyVaccine" for Pony AIDS to screw over NPC Big Pharma's plans. Bubsy intentionally engineered Pony AIDS with the Vermilion Army because he really believed that it could do more damage than Freakcooties, however the Freakcooties proved to have caused more destruction causing Bubsy to really hate FreakyBob for engineering a much more destructive virus. Enrique wants to hang him for the lulz.
