Marmalade was born during a alien scientific experiment to create real life replica's of the furry face and he was the most successful one. He never had real parents though and was just artificially made to win a science show but after that he was ditched off on Planet Earth. That science experiment has an unknown date in the anime but fans theorize that is could've take place during the Late 80s or Early 90s.

He was adopted by two lesbian Gardivoirs in Australia however this seemed to be bad for him since he didn't learn how to talk fluent English until he was 7 but other than that it was fine for him. He later moved to a different High School in another country and then met Hämsterviel so the both of them became best friends, they then started a band with Jumba and [[Haida]].
