He was born in Gangstertown Italy, Italy where he was the leader of a small street gang that gave wedgies to prepz and illegally fed the ducks at the park. The italian FBI described him as a "Liar liar pants on fire" due to him always saying nuh uh when questioned by police, though ironically he never wore any pants.
