Born after a rape incident, he is Nora and Nathan Beady's nephew and Phlegmy Boy's cousin. Snotty Boy's uncle and aunt always babysat him when his parents dropped him off, much to Nathan's dismay. He was a known champion of the sacred art of cow tipping.
