Editing Ruthless Boy

The Ruthless Boy, also known as Rotten Boy or Ungrateful Boy, is a character considered by nearly all to be one of the most violent and dangerous characters in FB&CC and has only appeared in a short movie of the same name. To date, no one has defeated him in a battle. He is compared to be as powerful as [[The Sniper]], and while Sniper may have more tricks up in his sleeve, Ruthless Boy doesn't even have a stand, relying solely on sheer brute force, power and anger.

If you see him, he'll straight up kill you. You can only run from him, only the fastest live to see him, you cannot fight him, you cannot trick his ass, you cannot reason with him. Nothing will stop him from giving you a slow, painful and brutal death. He is said to be so ruthless and so cruel, he'd make [[Cruel Fredrick]] look gentle and friendly in comparison.

He doesn't even realize that he has wannabe clones of him, who wish to outdo his kill count like [[Mr Game and Watch|Mr. Game and Watch]], [[Serris]], and the deceased [[Yakuza]]. The rival he acknowledges is [[Sutekh]] and only because Sutekh did the same thing before Ruthless Boy was born and later making him irrelevant. This conflict between the two may be the biggest inspiration for his rip-offs to try and become the next biggest killer in all of time and space and beyond.

His most notable survivor: [[Darksydephil]] commented his recount of his near death experience with Ruthless Boy with: <blockquote>''"Yeah I would've still kicked ass if he wasn't being such a cheap piece of shit. He's fucking lame, dude."''</blockquote>
