Raidou is a minor antagonist within the freaky saga And a member of the [[⛧ 𝐍𝐞𝐨-𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 ⛧]] Minor arcana group. Formerly a missing ninja from the Mugen Tenshin clan turned power hungry warrior obsessed with gaining power he was stated to be one of the heavy hitters of the minor arcana.   Raidou is also one of the most sexist members of the group and a professional wife beater. He is responsible for the annihilation of the mugen tenshin clan trying to obtain the torn sky blast after being denied it by his brother Shinden because he was too much of an evil person

=== PERSONALITY ===
Raidou has an insatiable lust for power, as well as the overwhelming desire to control everything. He wants to be able to control all forms of martial arts techniques; be they physical, mental, or mystical. His desire is to be the strongest fighter, thus being able to dominate anyone and everyone, and remake the concept of martial arts into his own image. In addition to his desire for control, Raidou is obsessed with finding and gathering techniques of mystical power and adding them to his repertoire. This includes a wide variety of ninja techniques as well as other martial arts.

Finally, Raidou's desire for power and his megalomania have made him into a brutal sadist. He laughs at and mocks the Mugen Tenshin ninja as he dominates them during his theft of the Torn Sky Blast. He enjoys manipulating others and likes the idea of being able to control a person's every move. By crushing the spirit and will of those weaker than himself, his mastery is confirmed.

Raidou is also shown to hold sexist attitudes, mocking Hayate more than once for having women fight alongside him. He called him a weakling for having women protect him, suggesting he saw them as inferior to men.

==== EARLY LIFE ====
Raidou was born as the eldest son to the main family of the Mugen Tenshin clan. And he was praised for his mastery of the Tenjinmon style and thought that he the son of the 16th leader Burai would be given access to the torn sky blast a version of the khamehameha but not for npcs but there was a problem 

Burai his own father regretted teaching him everything about the tenjinmon style as unlike his younger brother shinden who'd actually use his style normally Raidous fighting style was only meant and used for killing and maiming which wasn't allowed by the mugen tenshin clan and due to the fact that he kept fucking mortally wounding his sparring partners the power was instead was given to his younger brother Shinden because he was smarter believed in the clans morals and didn't use cheapies in mugen tournaments unlike Raidou who'd always use rare akuma to beat people and this would make Raidou pissed and I mean really really pissed because Burai his own father gave his rightful power to his stupid ass npc brother all because he sensed an evil within Raidou so he did what any angsty guy would do and just FUCKING LEFT THE CLAN 

=== The birth of a demon ===
After leaving the clan, Raidou developed his uncanny ability to copy the skills and techniques of every warrior he had encountered. With it, he traveled and "stole" various techniques from various fighters, soon surpassing many other fighters. 

So while Raidou was preparing his revenge on the clan for not giving him his birth right power he then had an idea "i need to have a child" and so he decided to go do that. By drinking a mix of redbull and Gasoline which some fucking how transports him to Gensokyo he meets and gets his freak on with Urumi Ushizaki who is a cow youkai thingy and thus would create one of Raidou's children Honoka

A few months after Honoka's conception Raidou decides to do a little too much trolling and by that I mean he breaks into the mugen tenshin clan and rapes his sister in law Ayame which would lead to the birth of his other child [[Ayane]]. 

After leaving he would continue stealing peoples moves and planning his attack on the clan until one day 

=== Becoming minor arcana and attack on the clan ===
He was approached by Dark Oak and Xehanort and Xigbar and was given the opportunity to join the neo Satanist after hearing his ability to steal moves and the evil in his heart Raidou accepted as they offered him a second thing being the destruction on the muffin tenshin clan later on in the story

But now it was time to attack the clan after like a few years he returned  and he was out for one thing BLOOD and the torn sky blast and he started bodying everyone in sight as nobody was ready to deal with him except someone was there to stop them and that was Ayane his own daughter and Hayate his nephew and lets just say ayane discovered the truth about her birth and was angry so she tried to attack first but it was too late he was too strong and just punched her into a hut and then mocked Hayate for relying on a woman to protect him and this was enough to set hayate off and they proceeded to get into a huge ass fight and Hayate not knowing Raidous power decides to use the torn sky blast which GAVE HIM IT TO and so they fucking beam clashed but his sky blast was too strong because of the dark energy and the power of nude images of Vibri caused Hayate to get overwhelmed and sent flying into a wooden pole which fractured his fucking spine and turning him into a vegetable. After that he left and was laughing all the way back to the neo Satanist base
