He is the severely neglected "son" of Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack. These weren't his actual parents, for he was one of the many children of [[Sherk]]. He was hated on by Zach & Michael because of their disparaging views on his deformities and overall hideousness and was thrown out of their house at age 3 as they claimed that they "don't take kindly to green folk like him", leaving him living with his [[27th Son of Dotar Surk|biological parents]] in the swamps most of his life, which he argues was even worse than living with his former adopted parents, which sums up why he is the way he is. He also has a speech impediment that makes him unintentionally say "Hello" all the time. Sherk also gave birth to a daughter named [[Nanette]] just to replace him which is fucking disrespectful.

He was the 47th president of the United States from 2024 to 2028, beating former prez [[President Jimble|Jimble]].

==Personality==
Mr. Frog is a highly unpredictable, hyperactive, and impulsive individual, often violent towards his coworkers and fans, along with the general public. He's shown committing numerous atrocities throughout the series, including swallowing a TMZ reporter whole, flipping a car over, beating someone's head in, destroying property, eating children, disintegrating people, and polluting rivers. He does these things haphazardly and with a smile on his face, either enjoying them or being completely disassociated from reality. This is the result the trauma of him being kicked out of the family. He is currently planning on blowing up the Bighead residence someday in an act of revenge.

Despite these flaws, Mr. Frog does have some redeeming qualities. He remains a genuinely polite and friendly individual, and he does appreciate his fans, as their acknowledgment and cheers make him smile. He also has some capacity for self-reflection, eventually choosing on his own to apologize for his behavior. On the other hand, his fan-base likes his capacity for impulsive violence, cheering vigorously when he eats his former manager, even the fan who Mr. Frog had previously assaulted.

He's shown to be superhumanly strong as his dad, as he can flip a car over at ease flawlessly as if he were just grabbing a bag of Doritos and beat up UFC fighters without breaking a sweat.
