Meat is the only character from Mortal Kombat playable in Skullgirls. He was included after mass protest by fans to be added as DLC, decrying that there wasn't enough blood in Skullgirls, so Future Club added the bloodiest character in Mortal Kombat's history. Since his inclusion into the roster, Skullgirls had regained popularity since its release and the addition of [[Big Band]] into the game. 


One of the reasons he was added is based on the euphemism of what it would be like to be imprisoned in a woman's flesh pit, as his lore states that he is an unfinished experiment who escaped Shang Tsung's Flesh Pits, very fitting for the theme of Skullgirls for such an euphemism.

== Fighting Style ==
Unlike in Mortal Kombat 4 and Armaggedon, Meat's moveset mimics a zombie far more than [[Squigly]]. Using drunken boxing techniques and broad swings. He also bites and chomps down at his opponents more often than [[Ms. Fortune]]. He is therefore quite the zoner, with the added gimmick of moving faster and performing better when he absorbs the blood and gore of others. 

Sadly, however he is initially still as slow as his Mortal Kombat counterparts and is thus outmaneuvered and outcomboed by every single other character in the roster, ranking him the lowest tier character in Skullgirls.

He crawls out from [[Double|Double's]] flesh pits and starts beating up women. Like Fukura. His final boss isn't Bloody Marie, but rather [[Valentine|Valentine,]] for she wants his meaty body parts. He ends up turning her into a muffin and finished her with a fatality. Transitioning from prey to pred, making the dismemberer dismembered..
