It takes place during Book 2 of Act 1 where a lot of people are introduced in this era. Three years has passed since the events of MSS and NPC's all over are fighting eachother while Mr. Game & Watch and Shinobu Sensui gather more and more power ever since their defeat. Cheeto Man has been getting more power as the Unbeatables branch has been unstable when he left when his plans on a Coup and killing Hansel were found.

Amestris, "The Circle Country", has been a bigoted state mastering in Alchemy as their main source and is led by Fuhrer Bradley, a dick-headed Homunculus. They invaded Ishval eight years ago when they rebelled from the injustice of the government and so they brutally killed half of their whole race, comparable to the Armenian Genocide, as the soldiers even went to nearby towns to kill Ishvalans. This action has been seen by the International Community as evil but didn't do anything. Thousands of Ishvalans fled to other countries while others stayed and did a oath to stay loyal under Amestris. After their declining of the state, Fuhrer Bradley makes a deal with Cheeto Man to be allies and support his plans for personal gain while the state gets fresh money from him and even Hotel Moscow whom Amestris also sold out too.

The Unbeatables are now fighting a war against Hotel Moscow and the League of Gangsters but hate the Shiloh Pact working together with them, reason why though is because of Hidan's hatred of Hiei and how he can betray them in any second. The members listen and now are treating Shiloh like pathetic dogs that use a disabled girl as one of their members which encouraged more Unbeatables members to speak against Shiloh in the group. The Shiloh Pact is the main protagonists of this arc and is centered around them and their moves and actions. Most notably, Hiei and Shouko Nishimiya are the main protagonists of this arc who had their original plan be about freeing Yuzuru Nishimiya from LOG-Aligned Yakuza's but is gets much, MUCH more messier.

Dotar Surk carefully watches everything and smirks about it as he watches the whole thing like a TV Show, its like he's pulling the strings of '''''everything'''''.

During the final battle between Shinobu Sensui and Dr. Hamsterviel, Hiei is already suffering in the hospital after a humiliating defeat against Shinobu Sensui where he got cocky and arrogant. He constantly leaves the Hospital in order to help Dr. Hamsterviel to redeem himself but he falls unconscious and wakes up again and again. When Yukina finally felt better, she used what little magic she got in weeks to heal him up in order to fight but its all over as Sensui was defeated and had to retreat. The Anti Anti Porno Gang helped Hamsterviel in the battle and Shinobu Sensui having no allies left while Hamsterviel was gaining one ever five minutes. Hiei felt that he was useless despite being powerful as fuck so he was silent after the victory and told Martlet, Kurama, Duster, and Yukina that he was heading into the Demon World AKA Ohio.

Its been a long time since he saw the land again but it hasn't even changed since he was last here. He hated the jobs in the Demon World, the only way he could satisfy himself is to be an Assassin so he did after making himself known again by successfully killing an entire gang in one night. As three years pass so fast, Hiei never once checked up on the Surface, not even illegal outside news of it due to him being lazy. He trained a lot and even made the entire decline of the rival assassination business, I.M.P, which he killed all three major members and left the last one to live alone in a cardboard box. He also had a surgery to make him be able to actually grow since he was getting very impatient, the process was really brutal for him.

After some time has passed, Hiei decides to take a vacation to the surface. He kills many guards into the entrance since they were blocking his path as he went above and boarded a train when he called Yukina to see where she was at and she was at a prestige High School in Ogaki, Japan. During his train ride, he seen that many things have changed and uses his phone to see the current events but none kept him interested and got bored fast. When he got there to the school, he used his Jagan Eye to help him, he had to LARP as a school student to fit in.

Even though she's not a top student, she's been the most kindest in the whole school but is still very shy. This made a gang who shouldn't act like a typical 90's delinquent gang in the modern times but they are, that being Kazuma Kuwabara's gang with him having a crush on her and will protect her no matter what with his gang of Sawamura, Kirishima, and Okubo. Hiei immediately gets pissed off when Yukina tells him that he might have a crush on her.<blockquote>"I heard you like Yukina, now im gonna make you ever regret thinking about it" - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"Woah, i've never seen this midget before.....you look like you sing "I CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES"  ahahaha" - Kuwabara</blockquote><blockquote>"Good joke Kuwabara!" - Okubo</blockquote>Kuwabara was about to get his fists ready to teach Hiei a lesson but we all know Hiei is strong as fuck despite Kuwabara being the strongest deliquent in the whole school. Hiei solo'd him hard, gave him punches but never did any magic type shit. Yukina was just deadpan knowing that Hiei never changes as the gang tried helping Kuwabara but they all failed miserably. Kuwabara asked if he liked her romantically as he said HELL NO but then Yukina finally comes in and tells Kuwabara the truth.<blockquote>"He is my twin brother, i never knew he was with all the adventures i told you about with me and him, he always told me he was my protector and i believed him but having the same necklace and knowing stuff that only Ice Maidens like me should know....i know he never wanted to tell me because i would be ashamed if i found out my long lost brother was a demon criminal. I know your the only few who knows me as that in this school and i like to keep it this way since we're all secluded. I would never be ashamed for what Hiei is, i love him dearly, i just wanted him to come sooner than to wait three years of him to come. I tried calling him several times but to no avail, please don't fight eachother again i beg of you.</blockquote><blockquote>"Did Martlet tell you?" - Hiei, completely stunned about how Yukina knows now.</blockquote><blockquote>"No, i always knew that you were but i didn't want to believe it or tell you so i forced myself to believe it, its when after you left when i actually thought about it. I never told Kuwabara you were until now but Martlet didn't tell me because it would make you very angry if you found out." - Yukina</blockquote>



Hiei then stopped fighting Kuwabara and sits down for minutes trying to process all of this information. Kuwabara then said Hiei forfeited and "won" in his eyes but still was sad about Yukina's speech. Hiei went into rooftop in the school to talk to Yukina about catching up on stuff. Yukina said that Martlet is doing her duties as a Royal Guard in Snowdin again but comes her sometimes to see her and calls eachother almost everyday. Duster is still in his band doing tours and the band is getting attraction with their amazing music. Kurama though is a mystery, he doesn't text or call her after he graduated. Hiei wanted the Kurama one to be something but he guessed not as he sighed knowing that was the most Kurama thing he could do. He then asked Yukina where he could stay at and she said that she stays at Kuwabara's house since she originally was at a apartment alone but Kuwabara helped her. They then went to Kuwabara's place where Kuwabara immediatly wanted Hiei gone but his sister, Shizuru Kuwabara, punched him in the head and had Hiei to stay with all his goodies and stuff. He is in the guest room, Yukina is another room, and Kuwabara in the other, other room where he's still pissed off at Hiei.

Hiei is still surprised about her knowing, after all he tried making her not learn the truth, she knows now and is content with it. He smirks about it knowing the day would come eventually.

Hiei, thinking that his vacation trip was only just to see Yukina, is rather thinking to himself on how he could stay in the surface for a longer period of time. Of course the guy has never been to school before so he's basically treating this like a joke. Nobody saw the fight earlier on the day prior so Kuwabara still is the "Number 1" in the school and brags how he defeated that munchkin. Kuwabara then spreads his muscles like the chad he is because he's hot as fuck. Meanwhile, Hiei is threating every student that goes near him when they call him "cute", Yukina tells people to move on and its official that she tells everyone that its her brother and dismisses him as a "nervous new kid" which Hiei got annoyed at but stayed calm. [[File:Onizuka.webp|center|thumb|180x180px|Eikichi Onizuka]]Hiei's homeroom teacher is introduced as Eikichi Onizuka, a badass teacher that Hiei respects when they talked to each other. This guy mainly focuses on Social Studies however he's teaching a Senior Class(12th Grade) and they're already about to graduate sometime soon. He smokes and everyone chills out and talks to him, Hiei just focuses on listening to music or talking to that guy but he remains silent and aura farms but sitting through the window. Hiei then would roast everyone and call out their insecurities and no one wanted to be friends with him as he liked that, he basically is a top tier rage baiter at this point. Since he hates authority, no teachers can deal with other than Onizuka but he lets him do whatever he wants like the Vice Principle is tired of Hiei's shit and wants to kick him out but he doesn't have solid proof to do so. __TOC__Hiei is just the best time of his life trolling everyone and doing weird shit with Onikzua without mentioning or doing his ordinary demon stf. He alsragebaites o Kuwabara all the time too lmao, even Kuwabara's own gang chuckles sometimes which leads Kuwabara to get annoy as fuck.
He then was at the rooftop to aura farm since we all know he's always aura farming the chance he gets when suddenly Yukina comes up to tell Hiei something.<blockquote>"Hey Hiei, one of my friends really wanna see you, i told them about my brother finally being here and they were excited to see you" - Yukina</blockquote><blockquote>"....." - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"Just please for once, she would be sad if you didn't come" - Yukina</blockquote><blockquote>"Fine" - Hiei</blockquote>Hiei and Yukina reached outside to an outside area, there is the unknown girl whom wanted to see him. She is waving back as Yukina waves back too.<blockquote>"All your other friends are literally scared shitless because of me, even Kuwabara and his gang get the shivers when there near me, looks like this girl hasn't reached the news about me yet huh?" - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"Well i told her about the stuff we did together, not the demon stuff so she wouldn't freak out" - Yukina</blockquote>The girl then approaches them by doing hand signs which Yukina does the same back. The same girl then does the same to Hiei but he ignores her and talks to Yukina.<blockquote>"Anyways, im gonna go ragebait Kuwabara for the thousandth time, i'll see-"</blockquote><blockquote>"You can't just ignore Shouko like that, she's trying to greet you" - Yukina, as she interrupts Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"Eh doesn't matter" - Hiei said as he leaves off</blockquote>Yukina told Shouko that he's impatient right now and she understood and went back to eating her sandwich outside. Hiei didn't even question her being deaf at all and was bored the whole time while Shouko only said once thing. Yukina still remained calm and sat by Shouko outside, its revealed that ever since Shouko moved out of a Special School a year ago, Yukina made her feel welcomed. Later on, Hiei is teasing Kuwabara on his moves and such while Kuwabara tells him off back. Hiei then goes on the rooftop again to see Yukina there waiting for him.<blockquote>"She really wanted to greet you and you made her feel worthless" - Yukina </blockquote><blockquote>"Doesn't matter, what's so special about this one person you want me to talk to, she looks cute for a typical human but i assume she has a boring personality plus she can't talk even when her life depends on it like at least just try and i can understand on what you say depsite it being mumble jumble and shit" - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"Her story is like ours Hiei, she suffered a lot and i wanted all three of us to talk about it because i know her the best here and she's sort of my best friend in this school. She's not like Martlet in terms of friendship but we are close. Her story is something like this" - Yukina</blockquote>

I obviously know that he was her father telling how i remember how the girl looked in the photo. Kinda messed up shit once you think about it." - Hiei. as he interrupts Yukina</blockquote>Yukina was surprised that Hiei knew it instantly as she didn't expect it at all. She then tells him the whole story on the Rooftop even though both are supposed to be in class right now but the door is locked.

Sakyo and Yaeko really loved eachother, though for Sakyo it was only a short while because he was more focused on killing and entering the demon smuggling market from Ohio to Japan. The two have a hard time showing any affection whatsoever and too focused on their jobs. Yaeko got pregnant which Sakyo never wanted because he didn't wanna raise a fucking child and repeatedly told Yaeko to get birth control but she never listened. Yaeko probably smoked and drank beer while she was pregnant leading to her having the hardest child birth she ever experienced and it was her first one. The baby came out better than expected as they thought it would be way worse but the baby came out with severe hearing loss as Sakyo didn't want the fucking baby. The two kept bickering about what name until Yaeko's Mother said Shouko so they went with that.

Sakyo's Family wanted to see the baby but he never shown them because he doesn't wanna be with his family for some reason. Sakyo and Yaeko began having a hard relationship during Shouko's toddler years, they defiantly did not know how to raise a kid with special needs so they gave all the responsibility to Ito who teached Shouko many things about life and her stories. She was Shouko's favorite person and still is. Yaeko got pregnant again by Sakyo but he's more and more less appearing in her life as he's more focused on his work with the Black Black Club and dislikes Yaeko now. Yaeko gave birth to Yuzuru, whom she named, as Sakyo wanted a boy this time but it was still a girl. Sakyo stayed with for a year with her before leaving her for good as he only used her for some projects he was working on. Yaeko had to be even more focused on her job to pay the bills and to raise two kids, she always feels very terrible on having her mother do all the work on raising them.[[File:Ceee9a5bf69505e5afdb07008f5e7914.jpg|center|thumb|242x242px|Shouko as a kid]]


Shouko was homeschooled by her Grandma because she didn't want Shouko to be bullied, this led Shouko to be socially isolated and the only person she would hang out is her sister whom now goes to school which makes less time to hang out. She eventually would go to Elementary School at 10 but the school didn't know how to deal with Special Needs so she and Yuzuru had to go to another school. During this time, Yuzuru would always defend Shouko no matter what and even got herself almost killed multiple times by older kids. Shouko would move to another public school that "promised" to take care of her good, she was greeted by the students and they had to write in a notebook to talk to her. Everything was fine until the students got tired of it and especially when Shouko would lose them the Singing Competition.

Her assigned helper, Naoka Ueno, was managing Shouko's things as was assigned by her teacher but she grew a hatred of Shouko. She then would start out small like small teases and using two boys to help her out in her bullying. She used the bystanders to completely unknowledge everything as she began to secretly try to destroy Shouko's life by ripping out her hearing aids, smacking her and making her bleed, pushing her off in the water, writing slurs about her in the chalkboard, and destroying all of her homework to get her to have even worse grades. The Teacher, who is exactly just like those male teachers you see today that always picks the girls side, dismissed Naoka and accused the two boys(Kazuki Shimada and Keisuke Hirose), however they immediately were not shamed anymore due to Naoka's involvement of manipulating everyone to think that they were good and that Shouko is just faking her disability and that her mom is a porn star. The two boys didn't wanna do this anymore since they had their parents to pay for Naoka's doing on Shouko but since Shouko left, Naoka declared this a victory. 

Shouko was traumatized and stayed homeschool again to avoid people entirely, it had to take her sister to calm her down as she went into a specialized school as her sister was there to make sure none of that happens again. Shouko was shy around others and when she left the Specialized School, she went into a prestige High School but she was scared that people would bully her but nobody did and they treated her very good there. Yukina became her best friend and hanged around with her like a dog with its owner and Yuzuru completely trusts Yukina, hence why Yukina knows the entire backstory.<blockquote>“So the deaf girl carrying the weight of a piece-of-shit demon smuggler’s blood… and a mother who couldn’t protect her,” he muttered. “Explains a lot.”</blockquote>He clicked his tongue.<blockquote>“Still doesn’t mean I’m going to play nice with her just because she had it rough. We all did.”</blockquote>Yukina looked at him gently but didn’t push any further.

After telling her whole backstory, Yukina says to keep an eye on her in case something bad happens which Hiei agrees but he won't treat her like a friend or anything. Yukina sighs and hugs him, then kissing him on the cheeks. He then goes back to Onizuka to hang out with him once again. A few days has passed and Hiei is already planning to get out of the school and go back into the Demon World but Yukina overheard him and begged him to stay and doesn't want him to leave again for another three years as he agrees to stay more longer, he also sees fucking Hisoka as a new "transfer student" who got over here.<blockquote>"Hello, darling~" - Hisoka</blockquote><blockquote>Why are you here, as soon as i enter up here, i definitely did NOT wanna see your ass at all"  - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"He looks like a bootleg Ronald McDonald, also how do you know this guy Hiei?" - Kuwabara</blockquote><blockquote>"Don't worry about it too much" - Hiei</blockquote><blockquote>"I mainly came here to see the town before its ruins but i did not expect you Hiei to be here, i could tell you that an upcoming attack is taking place in this very own town and could endanger many lives but i know you'll prevent it hmm~"-  Hisoka</blockquote>Hisoka then leaves the High School again, clearly just going over there to see girls because he probably threatened to kill the Vice Principle if he wasn't allowed in. Hiei thinks upon this as Hisoka might lie about this but then again, if he doesn't do anything then something will happen. Someone else will do his bidding he thought, surely this "attack" is something Hisoka made up to get him ready since afterall, Hisoka still wants his rematch against Hiei. While he's thinking over this at the lunch table, he sits with Yukina and Kuwabara's gang because Yukina is there but also Shouko. 
Shouko stares at him and shows him a small notebook saying: "Hi Hiei........i don't know what to say but i want to talk to you....i know you don't know sign language but this is a way of talking to me like some other people do", she flips to another page showing doodles and greetings. Hiei just puts a gangster S doodle on there. <blockquote>"Hey Hiei, i think Shouko loves you AHAHAHAHAHA" - Sawamura</blockquote><blockquote>"Hiei and Shouko sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G AHAHAHAHA" - Kirishima</blockquote><blockquote>You guys are completely stupid, i don't think he even cares about her like anyone else he sees other than his sweet...lovely....sister" - Kuwabara</blockquote>Hiei then twists his hand and sits back down eating nothing and starts thinking again. Shouko then writes for him to apologize as he refuses and asks Yukina whats the quickest way to learn JSL but she gets confused and says it takes awhile like what she did. He then writes back to her small notebook and puts "Don't worry, he was being a jackass, i do that all the time". Shouko then writes "He's a sheep in wolf's clothing..........hey i wanna be friends with you if you don't mind...pretty please?." Hiei then writes "No", Shouko then writes "Acquaintances?". He writes "I guess so." She smiles and shows Hiei all the doodles that Yukina drew for her inside of it, most of them being her Warrior Cat OC's. Yukina sees and blushes a lot as Kuwabara comes to see it too.<blockquote>"You drew these Yukina, i didn't know you were the modern-day Picasso" - Kuwabara</blockquote><blockquote>"U-Um they're n-not even t-that good" - Yukina, as she blushes more due to her being very shy</blockquote>Hiei facepalms as he thinks this is all so stupid as he heads back to the gym to train himself but Shouko quietly follows him as he forcibly unlocks the Gym Door. While he's there, he sees Shouko waving and smiling. <blockquote>"Can you leave me alone, just because i was "nice" to you doesn't mean you can bother me 24/7, I don’t need a shadow following me around like some lost puppy." - Hiei, as he stared at her in a cold way</blockquote>Shouko’s smile faltered. Her shoulders shrank. She looked genuinely hurt, eyes glistening as she took a shaky step back. For a second, Hiei almost felt something close to regret but he crushed it immediately. Shouko bowed slightly in apology and ran off, already spiraling in her head, calling herself a creep for bothering him. Hiei went back to his exercises because he's buff af. He told himself he didn’t care but the image of her hurt expression kept flashing in his mind.[[File:0c1f81e228252ae5054f48cb6d6c3a46.jpg|center|thumb|196x196px|Shouko after the interaction.]]Suddenly explosions can be heard and people all over the schools check their phones. 

<big>"A YAKUZA TERRORIST ATTACK HAS HIT THIS CITY, SEEK SHELTER NOW, THE YAKUZA ARE ATTACKING DUE TO JAPAN'S NEW LAW TO GET RID OF THEM ALL, THEY ARE FUNDED BY AN UNKOWN FORCE BUT THEY WILL TARGET THIS CITY DUE TO IT BEING A LOW THREAT! SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATLY!"</big>

Hiei is chill about it, seeing that the Yakuza was never a threat to him before but now knows what Hisoka meant by this. Who is the unknown force and how did Hisoka know before the news coverage? He could've used his context clues on the new law that happened a week ago but that wouldn't make sense on why he knew that this specific town was the one they were targeting. Onizuka grabs Hiei and puts him down in the shelter.<blockquote>'HEY ASSHOLE, WHY WERE YOU SUDDENLY ALONE IN THE GYM DOING NOTHING! DID YOUR DUMBASS NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING!" - Onizuka</blockquote><blockquote>"Just to let you know that i let you pick me up, next time you do it well i can kill you Onizuka but you're so chill that im not gonna do it. Still....." - Hiei, as he kicks Onizuka in the balls hard</blockquote>Onizuka is on the floor whimpering like a dog as Hiei sees more people coming in the School Shelter, apperently airplanes are active even though the Yakuza never had airplanes to begin with. He can go out there and defeat the Yakuza's but he doesn't want to and decides to still stay knowing that people are already safe.

It then cuts to a girl in a black hoodie is in a dark alleyway with a metal bat, she then drags a body of a Yakuza member and beats him severely even though he's already dead. She already killed a member of the Yakuza and if they find out well she's screwed, she runs away and uses her camera to record the footage. She wants to show the public on what they are actually showing and not literal propaganda. She the takes off her hoodie to see her casual clothing as she was burning, she dusts herself off to record more footage and is directly in the battle zone hidden. She's not scared at all.<blockquote>"Damn it, my camera's battery is running low, i need to steal some." -???</blockquote>She rushes towards the convivence store but crashes into a group of Yakuza's who are pissed off. They wouldn't hurt a teen whom is unarmed but this one has a metal bat and they assume she's a "vigilante dumbass trying to save the town" so they punch her and kidnap her. Her camera falls into the group as she screams for help but nobody hears her. That girl is to be revealed as Yuzuru Nishimiya, Shouko's little sister.

[[File:Aftermath2.webp|center|thumb|364x364px|Destruction]]The Yakuza Terrorist Attack was a success but some area's weren't affected at all like schools, hospitals, many homes, pubs, stores, or small farm lands but many buildings were being attacked, mainly political ones or ones fighting against the Yakuza's. The harshest being in one street where everything around it was bombed to pieces but even after they left and went into hiding from the Japanese Government, nobody knew what gave them the resources and why did they do something uncharacteristic for them. Japanese officials estimated that at least 117 died and 67 people kidnapped as they reveal the reports from CTV footage. Mostly all being militia fighters and innocent women as the battle only lasted about a few hours of explosions and such. Students are in the shelter still, waiting until noon where people can pick them up. Hiei leaves the shelter very quickly on where no one can see him and checks out the places that were destroyed, suddenly two Yakuza members open their guns but are immediately killed by Hiei with his bare fists.
Hiei steals stuff from the Convivence Store and heads to Kuwabara's house to think on how he can stay in the surface world more longer just to find out who's funding the Yakuza's and how it could connect to Shinobu Sensui and Mr. Game & Watch since they are building rapidly. After they were defeated, they came back with funding from a huge company and uniting all people under one banner of "NPC Hope". Maybe the duo had something to do with it but he was very, very wrong as they have no interest in Japan.

A day has passed and Hiei is listening music on his outdated IPod, suddenly Yukina knocks his door loudly as he begins to open it and see Yukina crying.<blockquote>"HIEI CHECK THE NEWS PLEASE!" - Yukina</blockquote><blockquote>"Calm down, why do you want me to check the news, its just propaganda each time i watch it" - Hiei</blockquote>He checks the news, Yukina points at Yuzuru Nishimiya being one of the kidnapped people on the list. Yukina cries and tells Hiei to turn it off and how this affects her dear friend Shouko as she's probably having a worser time right now. <blockquote>"USE YOUR JAGAN EYE FOR ONCE HIEI, I WANT YOU TO HELP HER FIND HER SISTER, I DON'T CARE HOW MANY YOU KILL TO FIND HER JUST PLEASE FOR SHOUKO!" - Yukina</blockquote><blockquote>"First time you actively told me to kill someone, you changed Yukina, you now realize the world isn't sunshine and gay shit" - Hiei</blockquote>Yukina stops talking and realizes what she said and began breaking down once again, she just points Hiei to get out as he does. Yukina then heads back to him to give him a hug and the directions to Shouko's house. He's doing this for her even though he hesitated but wants to see Yukina happy and not sad. He hates to see Yukina cry like that so much. He heads to the house and sees the door already locked so he just kicks his way in. Yaeko Nishimiya immediately pulls out a knife and points it at his head.<blockquote>"WHO ARE YOU, GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW YOU CRIMINAL" - Yaeko</blockquote><blockquote>"Looks like your too emotional right now to process the kidnapping of your daughter, don't worry im here to help you but im not gonna do it if you keep acting like a bitch to my face" - Hiei, as he easily grabs her knife without any effort at all</blockquote>She gets down and starts begging him not to kill her but he walks past her. Grandma Ito sees him and doesn't say anything, she already knows his intentions and doesn't want to intervene. Shouko is upstairs in her room as its unlocked as he opens it and sees her watching a show, a pure nonsense show. He sees her having her eyes all red from rubbing her eyes when she was crying. He sits down by her and turns the tv off.<blockquote>"Shouko, how do you feel?"</blockquote>Shouko now actually knows he's here after daydreaming about everything and begins mumbling the same words as she screams. "ITS MY FAULT!" over and over where Hiei has to scream at her to shut up. She does and then says sorry a dozen times. Hiei then calmly tells her that Yukina wanted him to save her sister and how he has a way to help her but she has to keep it a secret. Shouko nods as she's happy now and is smiling. Hiei tells her that he has a special eye on how he can track down her sister and shows her his Jagan Eye as he expected her to freak out but she doesn't and instead is still smiling, this girl is very different from your normal high school girl who freaks out when a bug is on them as Hiei thought. <blockquote>"Its gonna be full of danger, I'll go alone and you stay here with your mother and grandma. I have no time for you slugging me down." - Hiei</blockquote>Shouko then has her smile vanish. She then says "Please, im begging you to let me go, its all my fault" in Sign Language but Hiei doesn't know how to read it but can tell she's sad. He then tells her to do a note version of it and she does and writes it out as Hiei sighs as he keeps telling her that she can't go, she's just a weak little deaf human. That made her feel worthless and begins to go out of the room and rip her books to shreds to try to tell Hiei a point that she's ready and "strong" enough to go but he won't have anything of it and begins to flee leading her very sad.

Its night time and he can see in the dark but then sees Shouko running out for him sweating. She brought a whole small purse for her travels as he stops her but he then realizes that he's tired as fuck and tells Shouko that he's not going right now and instead stays with them. Shouko hugs him as they head back, Hiei then lays his body on the couch but Grandma Ito tells Hiei that no guest can sleep like that and he can stay in Yuzuru's room for today. He agrees and heads to Yuzuru's room to rest as he quickly goes asleep. Yaeko is then drinking at a pub she went to for tonight, as she's all in stress from today and wants her mind to be off from Yuzuru's kidnapping.

Hiei woke up to a note landing besides him and a bag, the note was from Kuwabara who wanted to thank him for getting out of the house finally and that all of his stuff is in that bag....typical Kuwabara, he probably sneaked up here when Yukina told him about it. Hiei's plans are still in tact, find Yuzuru Nishimiya and return to Ohio where he can just sit back but even that won't satisfy him because the question on who funded the Yakuza's still remains a mystery. Hiei then heads out but then sees Shouko all prepared and ready to go.<blockquote>"Fine, you can come with me, be prepared to die Shouko if you kill yourself out there" - Hiei</blockquote>Shouko didn't flinch one bit and tells her mom that she's leaving but her mother rushes and tells Hiei that whatever he does, do NOT hurt her. Hiei stares at her and then hurries up with Shouko. Their mission have just started. Hiei steals a motorcycle and tells Shouko to get on but she won't because she writes "ITS A CRIME!!!" on her notebook. He then tells her to do it or she's not going which makes her get on. Hiei has rode a motorcycle before and doesn't even have a license for it, last time he did it with Yukina well lets just say they were basically in the beginning of Sonic Adventure 2 where a truck went chasing them and catched on fire. When traveling, Shouko pulls on Hiei's clothes to tell him to stop at a bridge.

This bridge is Midori Bridge, but the place was destroyed as Shouko breaks down crying. She writes in a note to him that she went here every Tuesday to feed the fish and the only place besides home where she felt herself. Hiei sees another thing in Shouko's life gone and he truly feels bad for her. He then sits with her and comforts her by patting her in the back as he stands up again and tells het to get moving. She sees the place one more time and is forcing herself to put up a smile. They travel back as Hiei is taking a liking to her, he feels the same sadness she has and how it connects to him despite both being very different. Especially the absent father stuff, Hiei is glad he killed her worthless father but doesn't wanna tell her yet as she might still like her father. 

Its been hours and Hiei has been learning Sign Language from her as she's trying her best to multitask on what to write each meaning and show it out. Hiei only knew the middle finger before as everyone knows how to do the middle finger but he's trying to learn with her. They stop at Ramen Stands and she teaches him for hours straight while the owners keep telling them to get out but Hiei threatens them and they stop completely. Its now the afternoon where Hiei uses his Jagan Eye to locate where the Yakuza are, it gets unreliable until more traveling where he suspects its underground in a very small town filled with elders. Its like a retirement community in one town still forgotten by Modern Japanese Society. 

He goes underneath and hides where he sees a whole underground illegal town built up with many Yakuza members and regular people joining to be against the Japanese Government. They are carrying equipment, ammunition, and various other foods brought in by many spies. The whole place is guarded up so Hiei has to make his great move but won't affect Shouko. He commands her to disguise herself as one and he won't kill her because he knows her face, and his Jagan Eye can detect just for safety measures so she has to blend in. She gulps on Hiei outright saying he's gonna kill them for the honor of her sister as Shouko is silent and doesn't know what to say as she does what she is told.

Hiei stands up with a microphone as many people look up at him and point there guns and declare a emergency that someone has break through. Hiei was gonna do an epic speech but he guesses not and is more pissed that ever. He starts dodging bullets and using guns he headbutted from Yakuza members to shoot fire as he makes a perfect plan by using his fire and using it on the gun so it would kill or injure those members easily. Shouko hides as people are trying to get out but they get shot and burned to death. <blockquote>"WHERE IS YUZURU NISHIMIYA! YOU FUCKING HUNS KNOW WHERE SHE IS. DON'T LIE WITH ME!" - Hiei</blockquote>Suddenly a Yakuza member says <blockquote>"Yuzuru?........i know her"</blockquote>As he coughs up blood from the others shooting people to get out, mainly the regular anti-government people who have no loyalty to the Yakuza. <blockquote>"She's.....she's been deported to the main guys...."</blockquote><blockquote>"MAIN GUYS WHO?" - Hiei</blockquote>The guy then collapses on the floor due to his injuries. Hiei then searches for Shouko and sees her safe so she brings her where the Yakuza Officials are at but no one is there but document papers there as Hiei reads it out. He reads that the Yakuza's are a sub-branch of a gangster world-wide powerhouse called the League Of Gangstas, they control the Mafia and the Gangsters and were planning this whole attack for a coup on the Japanese Government to let them stay loyal and did a terrorist attack on them when the plan failed. They are controlled by Cheeto Man and Gangster Bob as Hiei searches it up on his phone but just vauge details. These plans were secured and they also mention the "Phantom Troupe" helping the Terrorist Attack too....he wonders who they are. 

He then sees the pictures of kids being deported and sees a picture of Yuzuru scratching and biting a Yakuza Member as she's being forced in a dog cage. Hotel Moscow are also mentioned in the files as well. Hiei is trying to process all of this information but the sewers begin flooding as many sabotaged it as Hiei notices and rushes to gte out but its all secured. He then breaks walls but it makes it worse as he and Shouko begin to drown but he knows a way not too as he has Shouko nearby him and using his Spirit Energy to help her survive as much as he does. They never die or drown but are unconscious, who knows where they are going.

We cut to a large building and it's exterior, it then transitions inside the building where many gangsters are defending the place. Its supposed to be a place for a business to regular people but inside is a different stories. We see Cheeto Man inside smoking weed because he always smokes weed. He is there with Parappa The Rapper, who keeps saying that Lammy is so fucking hot and wants to fuck her every single day. Cheeto Man agrees while smoking some more. Black Yoshi then comes with Kentucky Fried Chicken and smokes weed with the rest of them as they eat the chicken.<blockquote>"Hey nigga, have you heard that those yakooza folk got wiped out in a single day?" - Black Yoshi</blockquote><blockquote>"No i haven't Black Yoshi, give me a chicken bone dude" - Cheeto Man</blockquote>They all smoke weed again until Cheeto Man realizes and rushes out to tell his gangsta's in the main hall about the event. He then finds from surviving Yakuza's who have been waiting that the only thing he wants is a girl by the name of Yuzuru Nishimiya. Cheeto Man doesn't know anyone by the name of Yuzuru but then hre realizes Trix Rabbit may have her since he HATES KIDS and will probably shoot her in a second. He goes down to the underground where Trix is snorting cocaine as Cheeto Man tells him to find Yuzuru which he does and finds her in a dog cage. Cheeto Man thinks this is the wrong person but Trix assures him that its the right one<blockquote>"This little fucking nigga looks like a boy, this isn't a girl" - Cheeto Man, as he breaths in her face</blockquote><blockquote>"WAIT YOU CAME TO SAVE ME? OH SHIT IM SAVED" - Yuzuru</blockquote><blockquote>"No you're not lil fucker, im getting you away from Trix to keep you alive, if you die well then some big threat will kill all of us" - Cheeto Man</blockquote>Yuzuru is silent, how does a powerful person want her? Suddenly, more intel arrive from Balalaika calling Cheeto Man.<blockquote>"HOW COULD YOU FUCK UP SO BADLY, WE FUNDED THAT TERRORIST GROUP ONLY FOR THEM TO MAINLY DISSAPEAR? ITS ALL FROM A DEMON BY THE NAME OF HIEI. WE CORRECTLY USED THE SCREENSHOT OF HIM TO CONNECT THE DOTS TO THE OHIO TOURNAMENT. SECOND PLACE WINNER JUST BEHIND THAT FUCKASS WARIO. I guess i need to calm down, we have a serious threat since he's a fucking demon. We're trying to investigate more details about him by files, he was with a girl who has no name as of right now but she has pinkish-brownish hair and the same size as him. She was the only one who was actually with in peace. Keep that Yuzuru-girl alive, if we kill her than its game over for any compromises for this person. He can simply leave us alone but we will trap him and kill him incase he comes again." - Balalaika</blockquote>Cheeto Man agrees and hangs up and then drags Yuzuru's whole body on the floor. Yuzuru now has an existential crisis since her sister is working with a demon now. Her sister would never do that yet she is anyways, did she became a slave for him or much worse and he's repaying her by trying to find her sister. Yuzuru then is slapped and kicked by Cheeto Man several times as he puts a cigarette to burn her skin. She tries not to cry, she never cries, she's always tough but she feels so powerless. Many members come to the conference to discuss the success of the Yakuza Attack but most of the forces were wiped out as they talk about that over and over. Villager 420 suggests the dude is a "Evil Ishvalan" until he is kicked by Parappa because Villager 420 is a fuckass racist. Gangster Bob, Gangster Patrick, and the Wahl Barber(Gangster Squidward) all discuss trying to track down this dude and show no mercy. Black Yoshi simply sleeps.

Cheeto Man does the Gendo Ikari pose the whole time. Staying silent until his wife, Hello Kitty, comes with the margaitas but he simply beats her up for interrupting the meeting. Cheeto Man that suggests the Phantom Troupe to help in this case if they ever find that "Hiei". The conference ends as Cheeto Man smokes again and smirks on how nobody survives the Phantom Troupe.

Suddenly, a grassy field appears with Kurama. It transitions to a backstory where he was always Hiei's Right Hand Man. After Hiei went into the Demon World, Kurama graduated school and helped out his family, especially when he got a new step brother and step father. He took care of his step-brother and was the best brother he could ever have. Nowadays, he leaves a peaceful life, getting away from Martlet, Duster, and Yukina. He then stops thinking and sees a protege behind himself. That person is Kurapika. Kurama takes his glasses off and says he did a great job.[[File:Xkslp4m3mmm31.jpg|center|thumb|Fanart by @blueberry_proto]]Kurama has been teaching his protege for about several months on how to train up and use hid newfound abilities of chains to pursue his passion of revenge against the Phantom Troupe. Kurapika says that this is the last day for training and he'll be off now, its apparent that he knows all the events of what Kurama told him about as Kurama tells him that if Hiei is fighting them than you shall join him. Kurapika is confused on why Hiei would fight them but Kurama replies with this:<blockquote>"I already know he's in the Surface, he tried calling me but i don't answer. I just don't wanna talk to him at this point despite us being really good friends. He's childish and wants a battle, if anything, he's gonna fight them as a target. He uses excuses all the time for fighting and doesn't realize the real world. Sigh......if he's not fighting them well try to recruit people who have similar goals so you wouldn't be alone on this. I bid you farewell my student, you've learned what all i can teach you" - Kurama</blockquote>Kurapika thanks him for everything as he walks away. Kurapika starts laying down on the grass and looking at the sun, planning on what his next motives are. His first step is to think on what the Phantom Troupe will arrive in and then walks away, completely stumped on where they could be at.

Hiei wakes up after days of unconsciousness and to see his injuries fixed up, he immediately goes up to check Shouko to see if she's alright and her heart is beating as normal and seems to be asleep. He wakes her up by shaking her body, she's very tired despite sleeping for many days and smiles when she sees Hiei. She then goes to check up her purse to see if her phone is there but its totally lost but it appears she's "unaffected" by it. Hiei then tells Shouko that they can easily track phones when they are searching for her and that it was a liability anyways.  

They stepped outside together. The sight that greeted them was a quiet, mountain village hidden deep in what Hiei assumed was Hokkaido. Traditional wooden houses and smoke rising from chimneys. Before they could take another step, two brothers came running towards the duo.<blockquote>“You’re awake! We found you two days ago! The sewer current carried you right to the river. We brought you both back here with help from the villagers.”  -???</blockquote>The two introduce themselves as Leo and Rick who survived the Ishvalan Civil War when Leo was 8 and Rick whom was 6. They experienced the terrible tragedies of the war, their mother died too yet they think she just abandoned them but they later found out she had a eye disease and couldn't see properly. They offer to help them guide around the town  as only Shouko goes with them as Hiei stays still. He looks around and realizes that there's nothing here. Suddenly, he sees a man who seems to have hatred in his eyes for him, he has a scar and genuinely looks like he's gonna kill Hiei. Hiei looks unamused by him and walks by which he is then encountered by many villagers.<blockquote>“We saved you for nothing if you run off and die!” - Villagers</blockquote>They then tell him that this place is for outcasts, refugees, and wanted criminals who mean no harm here and they rescused him as they thought he was a half-breed since he got red eyes and the girl with him was about to be dropped off until they found out her hearing aids and that she had to be saved too since they weren't gonna leave someone like her. Hiei gets pissed off that they originally were gonna not rescue her but calms down and says he'll reconsider their choices. 

A muscular young man is seen in the shadows looking and it appears to be Greed, The Homunculus. He's been seeing wanted posters of his face everywhere since the Amestrian Government has him on a watch-list as he has some posters in his pockets. For Context, Greed was a owner of Devil's Nest, a pub where he and his gang hanged out. His gang consisted of Roa, Dolcetto, Martel, and Bido whom were all Chimera's. They fought in the Ohio Tournament and got 8th and lost to Hiei as Greed was portraying himself as a rival to him. Later, Greed was being controlled by Dante, the one who fakes everything about her and told that the homunculi were her creations which were false. He was freed by Kurama and thanked him several times. He then chilled out with his gang afterwards but this time is where Fuhrer Bradley is hunting him to recruit him back to orders but Greed disobeyed and left but had to see his gang captured as he couldn't put of a huge resistance because of the lots of back-up army and the Fuhrer himself.

Greed casually sits back enjoying a Red Bull as it switches over to Hiei as he sits and ponders until that same scar-faced man goes up to the crowd and proclaims: <blockquote>"THAT BOY AIN'T A ISHVALAN HALF-BREED, HE'S A DEMON YOKAI DEMON FROM THE UNHOLY LAND TOLD BY ISHVALA. IM GOING TO KICK HIM OUT OF HERE SO HE WON'T END US ALL!" - ???</blockquote>He introduces himself as Scar and wishes to beat the living crap out of him. Hiei introduces himself too and finally gets a battle he's been dreaming of ever since he entered the Surface World when he sees what powers Scar can process with his super-human strength and his right arm processing powers that can shatter roads and walls. He swiftly attacks a Hiei couple of times and now Hiei isn't joking as he uses his speed to attack Scar several times and uses a pipe he stolen off to counter all of his attacks. Scar knows he's dead by know but continues fighting which impresses Hiei who uses flame to attack Scar but he still wages on until Hiei has him cornered. 

Just as Hiei was about to deliver a finishing blow, Shouko ran forward with her eyes wide with panic. She grabbed his sleeve and tried to scream a raw, broken sound as she's begging him to stop. The Ishvalan villagers looked on with a mix of anger and deep sadness since Scar was their strongest protector. Hiei paused, breathing heavily. He glanced at Shouko’s teary, furious expression…....and lowered his fist. He tells the whole crowd that he is in face a demon but he isn't those stereotypical ones and instead has no ill intentions and thanks them for taking care of him. Scar then apologizes too as he now has learned total respect for Hiei despite fighting him a minute ago.

Hiei and Shouko gets tons of supplies by the villagers as they plan to get off but Hiei then see's Greed which he didn't expect him to be here.<blockquote>“So, what brings you all the way out here?” - Greed asked</blockquote>Hiei then explains to Greed about everything and what they know so far but then tells Greed the same thing so Greed tells his story from earlier onto Hiei which both now understand what they did after they left each other three years ago. Greed’s eyes then drifted to Shouko.<blockquote>"So....she's your girlfriend?" - Greed, as he teased Hiei</blockquote>Shouko then blushes bright red and Hiei has a cold stare as Greed was just teasing him. Greed has no interest into saving Yuzuru but joining Hiei is more better than staying here anyways + he has protection incase things don't go his way. He then tells Hiei that he's joining and then he could save his comrades if there alive but screams that they were just his own pawns that protected him and that he feels no remorse but Hiei can tell that's bullshit. The three go off together with supplies as Scar looks at them in the background, seeing a opportunity that Hiei can end Amestris and save the Ishvalans.
