== Creation ==
In AREA 51 the goverment attempted to create a bioweapon capable of wiping out human settlements in enemy countries. They created took 5 blackskirt tetras and injected them with huge amounts of [[Phazon]] to create the first Glofish, but they were stolen by [[Jacques von Hämsterviel]] for experiments and realized his [[Fenneko|Wife]] hated the fish so he later sold them to [[obunga]] for 3 hundred thousand dollars.
