'''Charlie Bean''' (チャーリー・ビーン, ''Chārī bīn'') is the son of [[Bean Khan]] and Emma Winner, and the half-brother of [[Hiei]], [[Yukina]], [[Ruthless Boy]], and the [[The Dark lord|Dark Lord]]. He was born during one of Bean Khan's multiple arrests (in this case, leaving the toilet seat up). Bean Khan was very quick to attempt to abandon Charlie but would later try to reunite with him after he was let out of prison. Charlie didn't really see him and Bean Khan being friends, but was glad they could get along with their lives.

Despite not being her biological son, Cirno loves Charlie very much and treats him very, very good. Charlie also sings serbia wartime songs in his bedroom.
