'''Balalaika''' (Балалайка) (バラライカ, ''Bararaika''), real name '''Sofia Pavlovna Irinovskaya''' (Софья Павловна Ириновская) (ソーフィヤ・イリーノスカヤ・パブロヴナ, ''Sōfiya Irīnosukaya Paburovuna'') is the boss of the Tropical Dimension's Hotel, simply named Hotel Moscow. It is secretly an international crime syndicate that she disguises as a hotel for pirates to stay at. Originally, she was once a soldier for the Soviet Afghan War.

She originally served as a neutral supporting character within the [[𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Saga]] until she met the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society in person and became a major antagonist. After becoming enemies of the society, she would form an even closer alliance with the [[League of Gangstas]].
==Personality==
Due to Balalaika's leadership during the hellish fighting in Afghanistan, her men look up to her as their superior and will do just about anything upon her orders, with Boris being her right-hand man. She always refers to Boris by the title of "Sergeant" and often refers to her other men by their military rank. As a combat officer, she is a skilled strategist and well-rounded fighter, capable of taking care of herself despite the fact that all of her troopers, including Boris, often worry for her. Although she has shown herself to be rather cynical on occasion, she is also a pragmatic, opportunistic, and professional businesswoman. 

She is also downright ruthless, willing to utilize whatever means to achieve what she wants. As a mafia leader, she has claimed that trust and profit are her concerns, also remarking once that her motivation is to maximize her group's profits and eliminate anyone in the way by any means necessary. On one occasion, Balalaika even admitted that she only lives to bring destruction and dance as long as she can "''on the bottom of hell's cauldron.''" 

She would later come to be known for her absolute despise of the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society for their unprofessionalism within the criminal world and for the fact that the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society aren't afraid to go against her.

Not much is known about Sofia's childhood except for the fact she took advice from her goofy ahh uncle who was a Marshal in the Soviet army. Her father however left to get the milk and got condemned from the country due to him liking capitalism due to this, Balalaika wanted to restore her families honor and decided to join the Russian Airborne unit, the VDV, instead of participating in the NPC Olympics. she began learning how to shoot a SVD Dragunov and she was stated to be the most accurate shot in her unit and later she would be sent to Afghanistan to fight in the losing Soviet Afghanistan war.  

===== Serving in the Afghan War =====
Balalaika was one of the thousands of troops fighting in the bikini bottom version of Afghanistan she would gain many kills in the name of her country and due to her sniper skills Sofia would gain her sigma nickname. 

During The attempted siege of OKB Zero she was captured by Mujahadeen and [[B.O.O.T.S.]] and she was given 3 options rat out her men's __cpLocation, become a sex slave for ShadeTheVulpix306 and other Deviantart users or be tortured. Sofia chose the 3rd option and what followed would be so brutal that even e245e would blush, the terrorists decided to throw her on the floor and pour molten KFC Deepfryer oil all over her body giving her Severe burns Sofia didn't even scream she just watched as the disgusting freaky loving Deviants turned her into a freak. The deepfryer torture would last for 3 whole hours straight before her men saved her. But Sofia wasn't fucking done yet as she yet again was Re-Drafted into the war Which is good for Balalaika as she LOVES WAR GRAHHHHH!!!. Balalaika would return to Afghanistan where she out of rage due to her scarred body began firing on any enemy she seen and yet again joined the soviet forces on the attack of OKB Zero where the soviets would regain their territories she would also begin interrogating prisoners of war and decided to threaten to use the KFC Deepyfryer oil method as a way to gain information and scare the prisoners. Sofia basically became a monster after the incident and her black force energy was off the fucking charts. Sadly during the end of the war her and her men would see a child entering enemy lines and the little bastard was walking thru a minefield so despite her commander yelling at her to obey orders she ran into the field to save the little shit She was later discharged for breaking an international cross-border agreement in order to save a child. After she and her unit were cast aside by the Soviet Union, they had no group to fight for, especially while living in impoverished conditions after the Soviet Union's dissolution in late 1991. At a cemetery for the funeral of a soldier who died due to "dirty money," Balalaika in her VDV uniform met her men there and proudly proclaimed that they could fight again under her leadership. After Balalaika and her unit joined Hotel Moscow and in Moscow she would crush anyone who got in her way which caused her to climb up the ranks and soon was rewarded with the rank of boss... of the Thai branch which is good enough for her. And during the start of her career as the boss she would enter a gang war with [[GangstaBob]] and his gang which led to an all out war between the 2 and soon a gunfight that would only be broke up by [[Juancarlo Albaez]]  peace was brokered between the rival criminal organizations by Him, who had also saved Balalaika in an attempt to recruit the veteran into the NPC Alliance but she simply told him that "I don't care about the stupid degenerate and NPC shit I hate both ideologies anyways" and denied his request but still they became friends.

After the destruction of earth Balalaika and the Thai branch survived via help from Gangstabob and she decides to ally the new version of Hotel Moscow with the [[League of Gangstas]] in the Tropical Dimension. Balalaika would later become a supporter of the NPC alliance because despite hating the NPC ideology she is alright with just Juancarlo.

Balalaika shows up to claim areas of the [[Agency Against the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society]] that were abandoned after the group got disbanded. She would later meet the [[𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 society|𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society]] where she attempts to propose a drug deal but [[Hidan]], [[𝓓𝓪𝓷]], and other psychopaths simply laughed and made fun of her scarred face and were acted like children as usual. As response, Balalaika pulled a gun on 𝓓𝓪𝓷 and threatened to kill him which made 𝓓𝓪𝓷 go full psychotic mode where he destroyed the whole office. After that god awful negotiation, she orders her men to kidnap [[Chloe]] and take her to an abandoned apartment. After she arrived, Balalaika's men tied her to a chair and for a grueling 30 minutes, they would beat the living shit out of her with a tire iron and electrical wires. Balalaika then calls Crash and made him listen to her torture a fellow 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society ally. She would later shoot Chloe in both of her knees and told him to go to the address. Moments after hanging up the phone she strapped Chloe against a bunch of bombs and walks out of the apartment and sets off the explosives. 

Due to murdering Chloe brutally, she is now on the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society's most wanted list a long with [[Kumoko]], [[Perkins Miller]], [[Victor Donovan]] [[Mr. Game & Watch]], [[Juancarlo Albaez]], and [[Master Xehanort]]

Despite only meeting a few times she has respect for [[Bayman]] and attempted to invite him to join Hotel Moscow however Bayman keeps denying her advances due to the fact that his revenge on Donovan is more important according to him. But still it is known that she and Bayman are dating.

Despises these two the most. They represent everything that Balalaika hates: something uncontrollable. They put a huge risk in her criminal empire with their childish and disobedient personalities. 

==Appearance==
Balalaika is a blonde-haired, blue-eyed Russian woman with a skinny build, pale skin, a mole under her left eye, and scars on her neck, boobs, upper legs, and the right side of her face, hence she has been called the derogatory nickname "Fry-Face" by several people. She is 180 centimeters tall (or 5'11"), and her hair is very long and done up in a huge ponytail, going down to the base of her spine. She is usually seen wearing a wine-colored skirt suit with black pantyhose and black 1-inch heels. Her nails are long and painted pink, and she also wears rose-colored lipstick. Whenever traveling, she wears a Russian military coat draped off her shoulders with a rank insignia of a Soviet Airborne Forces captain. However, she removes it when it is considered polite.
