Haliey Welch, more commonly known as the Hawk Tuah Girl, is one of the propaganda ministers for the NPC Alliance alongside with Elder Toguro and Pepé Le Pew. She was born and raised near Nashville, Tennessee and when it was turned into 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂ville, Tennesee, she threw a complete tantrum and swore to destroy the 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 society. She even bombed many areas near the city and killed innocent people for no reason. She is also the reason why Greed Betrayed the NPC Alliance

Nowadays, she holds a podcast called the Talk Tuah Podcast where they do things such as praising NPC Culture and criticizing 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 activities. She also is the only few that actually likes NFT's and Bitcoin(LOL WHAT A NOOB). She also sued the person that made her famous so you know she's fucking evil. She is even hated by her own allies specifically by the Agency Against the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 Society their elite members like Envy And Hidan literally want to fucking kill her

She is a recurring antagonist in the whole Freaky arc.

Haliey would later be murdered during the new Threat Arc by Greed after getting an assignment from the agency to eliminate her. According to her autopsy by the NPC Alliance, her jaw was ripped completely off before getting her head split completely in half.

Her body was recovered by Colonel Sanders, before being used as a battering ram.
